Future value of appt

I was wondering is there is or could there be added a function in Memento 6 whereby one could determine the amount of business done during each hour of the working day ,with lets say a pie chart showing the percentage and value of business by hourly breakdown or as near to that as possible .This would be a usefull tool for determining the optimum opening hours of a salon .
