Since we are in California and salons are closed, it would be great to be able to pull a report of clients on the waitlist so we can reach out to them in the order they came in. Also since we can only view the waitlist from a desk top and not on mobile, it makes it hard to know who’s on the list. Thank you!

It would be sweet if you could filter out staff allowing you to look at 2 peoples schedule only, or everyone at a certain price point, or have more tabs at the top of the screen.

Often we get a request for a certain price point so only looking at those staff's availability would be sweet.

Or if we need to book 1 customer with two service providers.

Or if we want to mare out two or more staff members for a meeting

Have the ability to create different schedules for different departments. For example receptipn/retail could have their own schedule, and estheticians etc. Would have another one so changes can be made on the go, and changes can be made seamlessly.

some times guests say they didn't get the email/text or it didnt say that. could you make it so we double click on the email/sms in question and it open up to what the email/sms said? demandforce does that so when a client would say thats not the time it said, i could click it open it up and read what it said :)

We have an idea to send out marketing emails to our clients with a large amount of treatpoints saved to their accounts, but have no easy way to search for clients by amount of treatpoints saved. If there were a way to do this (and perhaps a way to personalize treatpoint info into marketing emails) this would be a much easier endeavor.

It would be helpful to be able to search a client but for their maiden and surname to be taken into consideration in the search as a lot of clients can never remember which name they have given us.

Create a report for the clients who requested therapists, so we can see who has been requested in the last few months. This is different from the favourite therapist, as they can have more than they request.

As a salon owner I want to be able to see how each department in my salon is performing. I expect to be able to see utilization by each department I have set, for example Hair, Beauty, Aesthetics to help me see how busy each department is.

When you set up a special offer using 2 or more services enable time on each service to be changed as apposed to it just pulling in default time from service menu.

Credit card sales should include any gratuities since that is considered income

When a new client comes in but services are paid for by another client, the star still stays on the new client. Ex: By holding the Shift key to select all services being paid together, such as a husband and wife coming in but the husband paying for both of their services together in one transaction. In this instance the star would disappear from the husband's appointments, but stay on the wife's.
This makes it look like her next appointment is her first one, even though it is their second.

Take pictures of each retail item. in case we are are out we know what to look or reorder.
