  1. Treatcard Setup % Discount As Reward

    We think it would be a great idea to be able to set up the treatcard rewards so clients can uses % off their services...
    Rewarding clients with free products or services can cost the salon and staff as we still need to pay wages and staff..

    Eg: could be
    150 points = 10% off any service or products
    250 points = 15 % off any cut&colour
    350 points = 20% off any service
    500 points = 50% off any cut&colour

    If they have many points means they could use
    eg: 250 points for their 15% off the colour service…

  2. Ability to update stock prices for supplier discounts/price changes from an order

    To be able to update or change the cost price of stock on the orders sheet when stock arrives in salon. With the option to save for when change is due to supplier price increase or not save, if it is a special promotion price. Thank you

  3. Roster - Change Roster / Schedule From Appointment Screen

    In the iOS app I can edit a staff roster from the appointment screen, just tap and hold the closed part and select the Edit Roster for ...
    But on the computer software we have to go all the way back to Manager Staff roster etc to be able to change it.
    The workflow would be so much better if I could access to change the Roster from the appointment screen the same way as in the iOS app.

  6. Reminders when a profile is not complete

    The customer data base offers large options but the receptionists or users forget to update valuable data. when the client pays, would be great to get a pop up window reminding what fields have yet to be filled such as emails etc

  7. Show reviews in client file

    When I go to a client file I like to see and know everything about that client. For example if a client has left a review I wold like it to be seen in their client file without having to go through marketing and reviews. If this was actioned it would mean if someone calls to make an appointment with us our staff can say " I can see you left a review Iast month - thank you" or let's say they have left a bad review or weren't happy I can say "I see you left a review and…

  12. Show service history in payment/purchase screen

    Instead of having to go into client card and view service history...it would be convenient to see past history while checking client out. Possibly on bottom of screen? In case there was an upcharge/discount on past appointment.

    A report that gave us the ability to see the performance of the days in the week in a comparative light would be extremely helpful. Having to run singular reports for each day takes added time. Financials at finger’s touch help us stay ahead of trends.

    I would like to know who unsubscribes from our email list. Also, I wonder if they unsubscribe if the email is removed from the client's information or at least unchecked for future marketing.

  19. Access a client's past sales and receipts from their client card

    If a client asks our front desk staff to print out a previous transaction from a few months ago the process is to look up the past time they were in via client card, then go to sales, then go to the specific day in question, then search for the client on that day. It takes way too long and too many clicks to access this important information.

    When we have guests waiting to check out and phones ringing it can feel so frustrating to complete this simple task.

  20. Client Specific Service Pricing

    Inside the Client Card I would like to see a section added to allow the Salon to place specific pricing in place for specific clients. This would default this Client specific pricing to when the client is checking out for this service(s).
    Examples:
    - Client comes in for a weekly Blowdry service. Client has a lot of hair which takes the Stylist longer to complete the service. Standard price is $37. We would want to charge $47 for the additional time.
