  5. Show reviews in client file

    When I go to a client file I like to see and know everything about that client. For example if a client has left a review I wold like it to be seen in their client file without having to go through marketing and reviews. If this was actioned it would mean if someone calls to make an appointment with us our staff can say " I can see you left a review Iast month - thank you" or let's say they have left a bad review or weren't happy I can say "I see you left a review and…

  6. Reminders when a profile is not complete

    The customer data base offers large options but the receptionists or users forget to update valuable data. when the client pays, would be great to get a pop up window reminding what fields have yet to be filled such as emails etc

  7. Client Specific Service Durations

    We would like to see a client came have specific time for specific service saved to their Client Card. This way when they book for a specific service through the Desktop App, Phorest Go or Online the timing is updated in the booking.

    Example:
    - Client comes in for a Blowdry service but needs 15 minutes extra due to the amount of hair the client has. In the Client Card we could select the service and the assigned time needed. This way the client is always booked for the correct time regardless of what method is used to book the…

  8. Show service history in payment/purchase screen

    Instead of having to go into client card and view service history...it would be convenient to see past history while checking client out. Possibly on bottom of screen? In case there was an upcharge/discount on past appointment.

  11. Client Specific Service Pricing

    Inside the Client Card I would like to see a section added to allow the Salon to place specific pricing in place for specific clients. This would default this Client specific pricing to when the client is checking out for this service(s).
    Examples:
    - Client comes in for a weekly Blowdry service. Client has a lot of hair which takes the Stylist longer to complete the service. Standard price is $37. We would want to charge $47 for the additional time.

  15. Custom peak hour/day pricing

    This is being a thing -- if we stay later than our usual schedule or come in on a day off to accommodate a guest. When booking we would be able to dedicate some hours to a different pricing system.

    Where when they go book online for those shifts they have the Peak Pricing. If they come in Tuesday at 1p they have our regular pricing. My coach and marketing guru coaches to this system Britt Seva - The Thriving Stylist.

  16. Access a client's past sales and receipts from their client card

    If a client asks our front desk staff to print out a previous transaction from a few months ago the process is to look up the past time they were in via client card, then go to sales, then go to the specific day in question, then search for the client on that day. It takes way too long and too many clicks to access this important information.

    When we have guests waiting to check out and phones ringing it can feel so frustrating to complete this simple task.

  17. Email to let clients know of new appointment when they change their appointment online etc

    I had a client who booked online and got her booking confirmation email. She then changed it online.

    She turned up at the appointment time she had originally booked as that was the only email confirmation she had, she said she hadn't meant to change it.

    As we get an email to let us know a client has booked or changed an appointment, can they also receive one to say "you have cancelled your appointment on X date and rescheduled it to X date.?

    A report that gave us the ability to see the performance of the days in the week in a comparative light would be extremely helpful. Having to run singular reports for each day takes added time. Financials at finger’s touch help us stay ahead of trends.

  19. Create and customise an automated "Welcome Pack" for all new clients

    I would love to be able to design it myself like I do the newsletter in the system.
