Create and customise an automated "Welcome Pack" for all new clients
I would love to be able to design it myself like I do the newsletter in the system.

Show unsubscribes on email campaign report
I would like to know who unsubscribes from our email list. Also, I wonder if they unsubscribe if the email is removed from the client's information or at least unchecked for future marketing.

Update stock category/price/cost in bulk
Bulk category cost /price updating for supplier increases. Too time-consuming to manually change prices when you stock over 1100 colors

Button to directly email future appointments from the service history tab
In order to go fully paperless, it would be very helpful to have a button to quickly email a guest their list of upcoming appointments (it seems that from the service history tab would be the simplest way since it includes guests that are calling in just to find out when their appointment is, and can also work for guests that are checking out and want new appointments booked emailed to them if we don't have the email confirmation setting on). We had this feature in our other software and it saved us from using a significant amount of appointment…

Staff Roster - filter to view by staff category
It would be nice if you could see the roster by category. IE, you can drop down and click front desk and ONLY see the front desk schedule, same with stylists. This would make it easier for creating a schedule because you can see if you have an opener and closer.

Have the option to turn on the prompts you need and not all
Please give us the option of removing ALL prompts - it is taking us so long to move appointments around in a very busy salon and it is getting busier and busier coming up to Christmas now - how long before Phorest lets us remove them totally please!!!

To have pop up notes - i.e Nut allergies, or banned clients, or clients who need to have extra time when being booked in.

Holidays added to basic wage report
The new consolidated reports page is great however at the moment paid holidays and training days are not ( and never have been ) included in the basic wage report, each month I need to manually add holiday and college days to the team members who don't qualify for commission.
Whilst developing the 'all in one' report page can you add all but sick days to the basic wage report, but still showing them as separate entities?

Upload staff members contracts to their own file.
It would be very benifical if we could upload each staff members contract and doctors notes etc to their file and details ...then we can keep all their info , clock in out details , sick days , notes , warnings etc all together............

Top Products Report
As a salon owner I want to be able to see which products I sell the most of to help with ordering and vendor negotations. To do this I expect an option to show by units sold when generating the report.

Online Booking - View TreatCard Points Online (not app)
Create a (web-based) client login to allow clients to see their current rewards points and what treats are available. This will allow us to create a loyalty section on our website to promote the rewards program and would help to drive the initiative.
We understand this functionality is available through the app so it should be possible to add some functionality online. This will be important for us to promote and successfully integrate rewards into our website.

Edit an individual stylists service durations directly from their staff profile
It would be so much easier if you could have a list of prices and services under a specific persons stylists name. Right now we have to go into services and choose the soecific service then scroll down and find the stylist. Then you have to do that for each service they perform. It would be so much easier if ther were all listed under the stylists profile so if someone called and asked for pricing for a certain person we could rattle them off easier. Automated Referral System
At our salon, we have a referral system that if you refer someone in they get $25 off their first visit and you will get $25 off your next visit. It would be nice if in the referral section there would be a pop up on the guests visit that they either had a referral come in so you know to give the discount.

Count all rebooked appointments in reports if they rebook more than one
When clients are not just rebooking their next appointment but their FUTURE appointments on the same day it should record ALL of these.

Allow an option to view roster but not edit
In access, we can allow staff to view and edit roster, but not either / or. We would like to be able to allow staff to view the roster but not make changes.

Improve Reports - Enable Filtering & Sorting Within Generated Reports
Allow us to filter and sort reports once generated similar to how it works in Excel.
This would allow us to drill down information in reports to what we want and avoid trawling through huge reports

Course Expiry dates
Would be great to have the option to set an expiry date when adding new courses. They seem to automatically set for 1 year and its a right pain having to go through them and manually change them!
