  1. State time and treatment of clients next appointment when rebooked

    After payment it pops up when the client is next booked in, could it also state the time and treatment. Rather than going into history or going into the date the pop up shows as it is already displaying part of the information anyway.

  2. Advanced client search bar

    Similar to an email search or Google search. A search bar where you can simply start typing the clients name and have them pop up so you can just quickly click on them instead of clicking into the client button and typing in first and last name.

    This would be a game changer

  3. Separate cancellations from counting as no-shows

    When making an appointment for a client who has had either a no-show or has cancelled before, the current warning that comes up does not separate the two; "client has X no-shows and cancellations"

    Warning should state; "client has X no-shows and X cancellations".

    We have a 24hr cancellation policy and clients abiding by this and cancelling with enough notice do not need a 'warning'.

    It is very different to a no-show.

  4. More detail of the appointment in the cancellation email to the salon

    I receive email notifications when people book online. They tell me what the service is and who it’s with and when for.
    When a booking is cancelled - it only tells me the name and not what it was for or who it was with.
    It would be great to know the detail of therapist or stylist and what the booking was first a glance.

  5. Clear % utilisation on diary screen

    on the tab at the top of a stylist/therapist column (next to their name and photo) at simple graphic to show column utilisation i.e stylist Tom is utilised 55% on the given day - it would make it really simple to target stylists and allow receptionists to see which stylist are best able to take now bookings. My salon targets staff on utilisation rather than £ and this has become impossible since introduction of Phorest

  7. Report to show value of Treatcard rewards redeemed

    For anyone managing their accounts books effectively, knowing the pound value of the treat card rewards given out per month, as well as knowing what future treat card rewards in actual pound value will be booked, is essential to know.

    Please look at this. Also, reports show new clients that join a month, but doesn't show how many treat card members that joined? Please also look at this!

  9. DOB and Address for selected services on online bookings

    You need to be a certain age to be able to have some of treatments. When a client is booking online could we have a tick box that asks this information should this be required.

    I understand that the whole point of online booking is to be quick but this one next step would cover from booking an underage customer in for a treatment they are not suitable for.

    Also would be good if we have a next step of an address for more medical procedures but only if required.

    An easy to access “button” to click on to see appointments that moved or cancelled. Have those appointments pop up “faded”.

    We really need to see how much we are spending on Backbar vs. Retail when we place product orders. It would be great if the PO screen showed the breakdown for us.

  16. Hold changes on the purchase screen if you get out of it and have to come back to it

    Once an appt is checked in, I would like to be able to apply a discount in the pay screen (prior to checking out), and have the discount still be applied in the purchase screen, once the client is ready to check out

  17. Make the year optional when adding a client's date of birth

    Clients aren't adding their birthdays because they don't want to put the year. We don't really need the year, it would be nice to make it just month and day

    Be to able to scan products on to cleints accounts that therapist have recommended to them, which they then can buy at a later date and sale gose under the correct staff memeber
