  1. Google Reserve Integration

    Reserve with Google is a new service where you can book an appointment directly from your google search. There is no need to go to a specific app or website. You just start booking directly from your search. Other salon software have had great success partnering up with Reserve with google and I was hoping Phorest would be able to provide the same service. I have attached pictures of what it looks like.   2. Online Booking - Limit Days Services Can Be Booked

    Certain services offered at salons are not ideal for other clients or staff members, so as the salon owner, I dedicate one day a week to the stylists who would like to offer certain services, ie. perms (the smell) and/or brazilian blowouts/keratin treatments (toxic fumes). We currently have a note in the online booking system to tell clients that the service(s) can only be booked on Monday. However, most clients don't see that note so they end up booking on other days because phorest just shows all the available dates and times rather than just the Monday available slots. Would…

  4. Acknowledge/ agree to cancellation policy and fee before booking

    Option to create different disclaimers that are required to agree/acknowledge before booking. We are having an issue with the clients that are charged no-show or late cancellation fee disputing the charge with their credit card companies. They are winning the dispute because they haven't signed, agreed to or acknowledged the policy before hand. The policy is on the reminders, the website, app, all social media platforms, etc...but that isn't enough. The merchant company said if we had something that indicated they acknowledged or agreed to the policy we could win. The cost of this is adding up quickly!

  6. for online booking, make a setting that offers employees first for non request inquiries, and then after offers a renter when noone is open

    online booking to offer an employee first for options in booking, and only offers renters if that time is selected, and no employee is available. utilizing the self employed check in the staff portion.

  8. Add the option for clients to select hair length after choosing a service and have the service price adjust accordingly

    We have alternative long hair prices, and at the moment, we list these as separate services. It would be good for a client to be able to select, for example, Full Head Tint, and then be asked to select between options for this service, such as Long Hair and Short Hair.
    One option at the moment is to simply put the price as "from £X", but this can lead to clients being surprised by an additional charge when they come into the salon, which isn't ideal.

  9. stripe payouts to be monthly to match invoices

    Currently Stripe payouts are everyday or whenever you take a payment online for deposits or vouchers.

    It drive me mad that I have to go through and add up each months payments to match the 1 invoice we get per month for this.

    Could we have the option for the payouts to be daily (currently) weekly or monthly (which I would prefer)

  10. Online bookings - does not display original price when there is a discount

    The online booking system does not show the original price of a service when a discount or offer is available. We think it would be good to have the original price available so that it is easy to see when something is discounted for a short time. Without this - clients get confused as to why prices have 'gone up' on a treatment they had previously. This feature would avoid confusion for our customers who book online.

  11. Restrict to booking with same stylist

    When a guest has previously booked with a specific stylist, they should only be provided with options to book with that stylist moving forward unless their primary stylist in their contact card has been changed.

  12. For online booking have a pop up window with information before they book especially for tanning as you must be over 18 to use a sunbed

    We are a tanning salon and we need the course to be set up where the minutes and prices are on the main course page and add various services with minutes attached.

  13. Stop allowing clients to reschedule treatments you cannot book online

    Please stop allowing clients to reschedule treatments online that are not available to originally book online. There are reasons why we restrict these appointments being available for online booking, hence why then they should also be unable to reschedule them too. For example, we have a facial that requires two of our machines. Since Phorest does not support any more than one machine to be allocated to one treatment, we have to restrict this from being booked online so we have the ability to personally check if both machines are available.
