  1. Custom peak hour/day pricing

    This is being a thing -- if we stay later than our usual schedule or come in on a day off to accommodate a guest. When booking we would be able to dedicate some hours to a different pricing system. Where when they go book online for those shifts they have the Peak Pricing. If they come in Tuesday at 1p they have our regular pricing. My coach and marketing guru coaches to this system Britt Seva - The Thriving Stylist.

  2. Option for Multiple Tabs

    when your on one screen you can't switch onto another screen for example if you are cashing a client out but they want to make their next apt before cashing out you have to exit purchase screen to go on appointment screen. very old technology

  3. More detailed stock order report with filters

    We really need to see how much we are spending on Backbar vs. Retail when we place product orders. It would be great if the PO screen showed the breakdown for us.

  4. Colour Coded / Various Types of Breaks

    I love how everything is color coded. But the breaks are all grey. I understand we can change the name. But it would be nice to make a more customizable segment so when someone does a quick glance through the books, they know what meetings have been schedules, or classes. That way it does not look like the whole week is a break for the management staff.

  5. Client Specific Service Durations

    We would like to see a client came have specific time for specific service saved to their Client Card. This way when they book for a specific service through the Desktop App, Phorest Go or Online the timing is updated in the booking.

    Example:
    - Client comes in for a Blowdry service but needs 15 minutes extra due to the amount of hair the client has. In the Client Card we could select the service and the assigned time needed. This way the client is always booked for the correct time regardless of what method is used to book the…

  6. Client Specific Service Pricing

    Inside the Client Card I would like to see a section added to allow the Salon to place specific pricing in place for specific clients. This would default this Client specific pricing to when the client is checking out for this service(s).
    Examples:
    - Client comes in for a weekly Blowdry service. Client has a lot of hair which takes the Stylist longer to complete the service. Standard price is $37. We would want to charge $47 for the additional time.

    If a new potential client could fill out a LEAD ENQUIRY FORM which is embedded into the website. This form would collect data :- Name, Tel No, Email and Message with an option to upload an image. The form would then go into a LEAD MANAGER where reception can follow up and add notes to follow the client journey.   13. Reports - a more detailed courses sold report

    To show client, purchase date, course bought and staff member. Helpful with ad hoc incentive for specific treatment and to monitor specific treatments.

    We incentivise on an ad hoc basis on sale of treatment courses. This could be because it is a new treatment and we want to monitor the launch, or to incentivise on an underperforming treatment. Course sales are important to us as they show customer loyalty. We need to know who on the team is selling courses.   15. Turn off merchant copy of receipts

    We have the ability to turn off duplicate receipt printing, but even when this is off it still prints a merchant AND customer copy. We'd like the ability to turn off this duplicate printing (specifically the merchant copy) as we don't need receipts.

  16. Staff commission detail report to include number of units as well as product total

    When we review staff it is a helpful conversation point to see what the average value of the retail items sold are. Currently I export this info into another spreadsheet (staff contribution). Really want people to up their game by going for the higher revenue items when selling.

  17. Client Card - Service History

    It would be nice when you go into a client card, click on service history and double click an appointment, if the system led you to that specific appointment/day, highlighted the appointment you were looking at instead of taking you to the stylists week.

  18. Button to directly email future appointments from the service history tab

    In order to go fully paperless, it would be very helpful to have a button to quickly email a guest their list of upcoming appointments (it seems that from the service history tab would be the simplest way since it includes guests that are calling in just to find out when their appointment is, and can also work for guests that are checking out and want new appointments booked emailed to them if we don't have the email confirmation setting on).   19. Online Booking - Pop up service description clearly

    when a client gets into the online booking portal I would like to see the service description pop up so that the client knows what the service description is. This would help them to book correctly.

  20. Different delivery options for the online store i.e. Click & collect

    In The Online Store you NEED to have an option for Local Pickup. If the client wants to pick up, they can come to the salon. If they want it to be shipped in can be shipped. Both.
