Custom peak hour/day pricing
This is being a thing -- if we stay later than our usual schedule or come in on a day off to accommodate a guest. When booking we would be able to dedicate some hours to a different pricing system.
Where when they go book online for those shifts they have the Peak Pricing. If they come in Tuesday at 1p they have our regular pricing. My coach and marketing guru coaches to this system Britt Seva - The Thriving Stylist.

Option for Multiple Tabs
when your on one screen you can't switch onto another screen for example if you are cashing a client out but they want to make their next apt before cashing out you have to exit purchase screen to go on appointment screen. very old technology

Choose which staff can be booked online and for what specific services
In the staff members profile, I would like to be able to have more options of which staff can be booked online and for what services. Certain staff may be able to do a certain service but do not want it to be available online. Also, having the ability to only have certain staff available for existing clients online or to specific defined VIP clients

More detailed stock order report with filters
We really need to see how much we are spending on Backbar vs. Retail when we place product orders. It would be great if the PO screen showed the breakdown for us.

Colour Coded / Various Types of Breaks
I love how everything is color coded. But the breaks are all grey. I understand we can change the name. But it would be nice to make a more customizable segment so when someone does a quick glance through the books, they know what meetings have been schedules, or classes. That way it does not look like the whole week is a break for the management staff.

Client Specific Service Durations
We would like to see a client came have specific time for specific service saved to their Client Card. This way when they book for a specific service through the Desktop App, Phorest Go or Online the timing is updated in the booking.
Example:
- Client comes in for a Blowdry service but needs 15 minutes extra due to the amount of hair the client has. In the Client Card we could select the service and the assigned time needed. Send a text message directly from the Client Profile
Only being able to send a client text messages from the Marketing tab is very time consuming, it would be so much easier to do this directly from the Client record card.

Client Specific Service Pricing
Inside the Client Card I would like to see a section added to allow the Salon to place specific pricing in place for specific clients. This would default this Client specific pricing to when the client is checking out for this service(s).
Examples:
- Client comes in for a weekly Blowdry service. Client has a lot of hair which takes the Stylist longer to complete the service. Standard price is $37. We would want to charge $47 for the additional time.

Need a quick button on side of schedule to quickly look up a client, their history, also include a prepayment button. And a button to book out a service that is the same for the year. example: David wants haircuts on thrs 8am every 4 weeks for the next 2 years. I want to be able to do that quickly.

Lead Management
LEAD MANAGEMENT
If a new potential client could fill out a LEAD ENQUIRY FORM which is embedded into the website. This form would collect data :- Name, Tel No, Email and Message with an option to upload an image. The form would then go into a LEAD MANAGER where reception can follow up and add notes to follow the client journey. Mark/visually indicate appointments when a client needs to be rescheduled
I would love a way to mark appointments "conflicting" when we have to reach out and reschedule them. Some visual way of seeing the client needs called (more than notes) and it would also disable them from receiving any appointment reminders. We experience this all the time when lets say a stylist needs to take a day off and we call the client but we cannot reach them- we don't like to cancel it until we confirm they received our message, but if we leave the appointment on the books they willl receive a text/email reminder which can be confusing.…

Electronic Signature Device
A devise to attach to the computer that would allow the customer to sign digitally and get an emailed receipt. This would avoid printing so many receipts for salons that would prefer to go completely digital and thus, become more economically friendly

A reschedule button - rather than copy and pasting client appointments to a clipboard
Copy and pasting appointments to the clipboard can be so time consuming. It would make so much more sense if there was a reschedule button, that then pulled up the calendar and allowed you to move the client booking

Set 'time standards' for productivity in reports
When I run a productivity report I want to know if my employees are actually productive, meaning they are finishing services based on 'time standards' set. I have run into the service time being stretched to accommodate slower stylists, but the productivity report shows them as productive because their schedule shows them busy, when in actuality, they are not productive because they are taking 1 1/2 hours to complete a service that should only take 1 hour.

Allow us to disable the linked client feature
When the pop up comes saying "would you like to link these clients yes or no", we would like to be able to choose NO and still have the file created, regardless if the same phone number is being used for more than one file. If not this, then at least for the phone number to show at the top of the screen on both client files, not just the first exisiting one.
