    Need a quick button on side of schedule to quickly look up a client, their history, also include a prepayment button. And a button to book out a service that is the same for the year. example: David wants haircuts on thrs 8am every 4 weeks for the next 2 years. I want to be able to do that quickly.

  2. Electronic Signature Device

    A devise to attach to the computer that would allow the customer to sign digitally and get an emailed receipt. This would avoid printing so many receipts for salons that would prefer to go completely digital and thus, become more economically friendly

  5. Year to Year report more date options

    Year to Year report - I would love to see this expanded too. Being able to pick a full year rather than just a month and also be able to pick 3 or 4 years. I love the report as it is but would like to see it expanded

  6. Salon Trends Report Update

    This report is geared towards the Hair Salons and the Beauty Salons. Would like to see full overhaul of this report which breaks down the wages for staff against services, products and vouchers sold. What kin of categories are trending etc. Same data a hair salon is getting however I would like it for Beauty Salon!!

  7. Option to go backwards e.g. +4, +2 weeks on the calendar

    When going backwards on the calendar, have the option to jump weeks back (like when we are booking ahead and have the option of how many weeks to move forward). Sometimes we need to go backwards on the calendar after moving forward and it is annoying to be clicking on the back button week by week.

  8. Mark/visually indicate appointments when a client needs to be rescheduled

    I would love a way to mark appointments "conflicting" when we have to reach out and reschedule them. Some visual way of seeing the client needs called (more than notes) and it would also disable them from receiving any appointment reminders. We experience this all the time when lets say a stylist needs to take a day off and we call the client but we cannot reach them- we don't like to cancel it until we confirm they received our message, but if we leave the appointment on the books they willl receive a text/email reminder which can be confusing.…

  9. A reschedule button - rather than copy and pasting client appointments to a clipboard

    Copy and pasting appointments to the clipboard can be so time consuming. It would make so much more sense if there was a reschedule button, that then pulled up the calendar and allowed you to move the client booking

  10. Setting for discounts to be valid on certain days

    to enable a button at the till to use (for example) student discount to automatically reduce at paying.
    another example could be recommend your friend. Instead of the annoying pop up that occurs (for upgrading) as it makes it difficult and slower at the desk.

  11. Set 'time standards' for productivity in reports

    When I run a productivity report I want to know if my employees are actually productive, meaning they are finishing services based on 'time standards' set. I have run into the service time being stretched to accommodate slower stylists, but the productivity report shows them as productive because their schedule shows them busy, when in actuality, they are not productive because they are taking 1 1/2 hours to complete a service that should only take 1 hour.

  12. Automatic Locking of Appointment Notes after 24hour period

    Currently you able able to go back in and adjust appointment notes with no time limit on amending these. From a legal perspective it would be important for these to lock especially for clinical based users.

  13. Setting for VAT to be included on an individual basis per client

    As some treatments we provide are medical we are not liable for VAT for these services however we have no option to be able to filter this individually per client only per service.

  15. Staff utilisation report to not include courses sold

    The current staff utilisation report contains courses sold.I would like an option to not include so we can get a true hourly takings figure. There's no other report that gives service takings per hour only average bill. Its important we can see how much therapists are taking per hour to determine wage

  16. Choose which staff can be booked online and for what specific services

    In the staff members profile, I would like to be able to have more options of which staff can be booked online and for what services. Certain staff may be able to do a certain service but do not want it to be available online. Also, having the ability to only have certain staff available for existing clients online or to specific defined VIP clients

  17. Detailed trail log of system activity

    I would like to have the ability to see all the logging information to double check appointments, when they were made, updated, deleted, the time, staff member, what actions were taken on the appointments, etc.
    As of now, the granularity of the logs is not enough to figure what, who did what to an appoinment.

  18. Customisable online shop front page

    Phorest online shop needs to be more professionally laid out and we need to be able to customise the shop in general to maximise traffic especially the front/ landing page .

  19. Allow us to disable the linked client feature

    When the pop up comes saying "would you like to link these clients yes or no", we would like to be able to choose NO and still have the file created, regardless if the same phone number is being used for more than one file. If not this, then at least for the phone number to show at the top of the screen on both client files, not just the first exisiting one.

  20. Add client card details without needing a deposit

    We really need to be able to add card details without having to use a deposit. If a client comes in for a treatment and has not paid a deposit and staff want to add products to the service in the purchase screen you can't pay by phorest pay. You must charge the client a deposit first and only then can you have saved card details. This is confusing and takes to long at checkout as 2 transactions must be done. Can this please be fixed
