At the moment we get a lot of clients who book online, then call us to cancel!
We tell them over the phone because it was booked online they need to cancel online (because if we click cancel on it a pop up says they will be refunded their deposit) but then they either moan about it or never bother cancelling it so we are left with that appointment blocking up the list.
We can’t delete the appointment because it disappears from their history and we like to keep track of who has multiple cancellations in a row.25 votes
This feature is underway and is planned to be released 2022 Q2 in Europe, UK & Australia.
This will be possible from the Phorest desktop app.
For anyone managing their accounts books effectively, knowing the pound value of the treat card rewards given out per month, as well as knowing what future treat card rewards in actual pound value will be booked, is essential to know.
