    When deleting a service within a multi-service booking that the services automatically re-arrange to be back to back.

  2. Appointment screen to start on a Monday

    There should be an option to have the appointment screen always start on a Monday like with Phorest Go. That way every day of the week is always in the same place and it is consistent.

  3. Phorest Desktop - Increase All Prices By x% From Specified Date

    You should be able to change all the prices privately before publishing, rather than independently changing each one separately as i want to change our whole price structure but can only do this in a broken format at the moment but would like to change it and publish it on all platforms at the same time.   4. Add the dates on the day bar

    Add dates on the day bar instead of just Monday to Friday - mistakes can be made if you click on for instance Friday and you think it's Friday on the next week but it's taken you back a week - the dates under the weekly bar isn't as clear as it would be as dates on the actual week day bar - isalon did this I prefure phorest. It that's one thing we found useful :)

  5. add facebook reviews to the review section instead of adding to my feed

    Post Phorest customer reviews to FB in the review section. In order for me to share them I have to post on my regular feed which is bad. I cant post my regular business building posts and reviews or my customers will get sick of seeing and stop following. I get a lot of reviews from our clients but can only post 5 a month. Maybe give the client the option on the email to pick what to post to instead of one email from phorest and then when they rate us they get another encouraging them to post on…

    Unfortunately pushing reviews to facebook review section from Phorest logged isnt’ possible without the client themselves logging in which is why we developed the Online Reputation feature which prompts them as part of the normal review process.

    We have kept the Phorest Reviews the way they are as they are used to filter people reviewing you to ensure only those leaving 5 star reviews are being prompted in the review process to post on Google / Facebook / Yelp.

    If you do have a lot of reviews in Phorest’s review section you can also use the email clients option within online reputation to reach out to those clients if you would like.

  6. Be able to deactivate the warnings that come up in the appointment book when you need to move and adjust appointments

    It makes adjusting and moving appointments so much more time consuming as it doesn't just ask once in some instances, up to 5 questions can pop up! 

    Do you want to change the appointment

    This staff member is not capable

    This staff member is already booked at that time

    The staff member is not rostered at that time

    Do you want to keep the time gap

    Can we request it be simplified or have an option to disable. or have the ability to allocate this to certain security levels

    Disabling the ability to move the appointment would not work as…

    Allow us to embed links within services on the online booking platform so that clients can see what the are purchasing and get some more information before making the booking

  8. Lead Source / Referred By Digital Consultaion

    Add Where did you hear about us? to the digital consultation form. Add a dropdown of some predefined choices in the form that will match with the ones predefined in the system so the client can update lead source on the consultation.

  9. Report - Performance Stats - Active Clients Frequency

    Could a "This Period" section for the "Active Clients" and "Active Clients Frequency" be added on the Performance Stats report. Every other section on this report has a "This Period" column bar this one.

    Have the icons on the phorest go app so the staff can see if a client has notes e.g. allergies without having to click on each clients profile just incase they have notes.

    Add a quick preview button to the digital consultation builder so we can see what it is like mid design on Desktop. Should preview in a IPad looking frame so we can see what the customer sees.

  12. Keyboard Shortcuts

    How amazing would it be to have simple keyboard shortcuts for everyday tasks.
    For example,
    Pressing enter to return to todays diary page,
    Pressing F8 to log out of the system
    Say, Ctrl - T to pop open the till.
    I am sure their are plenty more little tasks that could be speeded up with a few shortcuts.

  15. Prompt for Clients to leave very quick feedback

    We would like to see a very clear seperate PROMPT that is clearly visible and not sat upon other prompts.
    In our case and for important marketing purposes it should allow us to create our own wording. This particular time we need it show after payment, that the client should be asked to answer two very quick questions on a tablet which we would hand them.
    The current prompt system is not good enough as a reminder to our therapists

  16. Continuously repeating appointments -

    Need Phorest to make it so repeating appointments continue on after a year. Continuously tacking on future appointments as time goes on so that our client never has to make future appointments, they'll always have the same day, same time. We have MANY clients that rely on this function on our old software. It would be highly useful if Phorest implemented this.

  17. Increase size of pay screen

    Currently only displays 4 lines, not adequate for multiple services and product purchases. Half of page (standard PC screen) taken up by Product search field. Saw previous idea, 40% larger has not helped, need room for additional lines without scrolling!

  18. Online Booking - Set Short Notice for Particular Treatments

    We have got treatments done by an outside therapist who comes in when theres a booking. And we would like to have all our treatments available for online bookings. Currently if somebody books in for her services on the same day, we have to rearrange or cancel it. We need at least 1-2 days of notice.
    Last week you launched a great addition - lead time for the online bookings. Only con is that it is set for all treatments. If we can have it per treatment that would be a big help.
