Staff - View Their Performance
I don't want staff to access ALL reports, therefore they cannot view their own performance. When using their own pin, they should be able to see how they are performing by day/week/month versus a target, or their commission. They should be able to look at this anytime. We can do this in our other salon (using shortcuts) and it really works! This would save me lots of time in reporting it back to them each week myself, and help when running incentives or competitions too.
so... is this available? Its now 2020 and I don't see where to do this.

- their stats... income, utilisation etc
- holiday taken
- clocked in hours
THIS!!! I would love to be able to see all of my numbers- it really motivates me! I hate that I cannot currently have access to this since it would give me access to everyone’s numbers. Such a bummer!
Add a column into the staffs reports ( of there results for services & products)showing there service and products target .
If they hit there target , could the number turn a Green colour on the report and if they don’t achieve they target then could it appear a Red colour .
This will show the stylist if they have achieved there set target or not.

Our stylists have been crying to have this in their hands since we switched to Phorest! It's a shame to ignore staff that actually monitor their performance to make sure they are making their goals. This needs to be at their fingertips so better allow them to prepare. In the interim, we're texting and emailing and having quick one on ones to relay that information to them.

There is needs to be a way to get individualized "Value of Future Appointments reports" for each stylist so they can accurately track their service values met and where they are able to bring in additional services revenue.
It would be awesome to be able to see individual reports for myself without having to give access to the entire salons reports? Each individual gets access to their daily, weekly, monthly and yearly totals on the app!

An area that stylist can see what their target is and then what they need to hit it. this will allow to make more money on add on's and we can see what their growth is also they can see their retail rebook and retention.
these are the things staff are targeted on and I feel this is the missing part.
some software companies I have seen in the past do this on their dashboard and using a traffic light system.
Therapists cannot monitor their commission real time via the App. They are reliant on someone with privileges running reports.
The app should allow the service providers to see their daily/weekly/monthly sales and rebooks at any time without needing a report.

Agree! some of our other technicians do not want their numbers viewed by their coworkers. And most importantly, as the owner, they should NOT be able to see the bottom line numbers that the salon is bringing in.

next to the staff members name in appointment screen it would be very useful to have an indicator of staffs targets that counts upwards as staff put through their sales.
We would need to ability to set the staffs hourly rates for weekly and weekend hours. (wages are higher on weekends).
set minimum KPI- double staff wage or whatever the minimum is for respective salon (auto-tally this up re the hourly rates entered above)
set a profit share target (3.5 x wage for example).
add if this includes retail or not.
Then next to staff members name-
RED $xx (under minimum KPI)
BLUE $xx (Hit minimum KPI, under profit share or bonus incentive)
GREEN $xx (Hit profit share/ bonus incentive.
This will communicate to each staff how they are doing for the day and encourage them to upset and retail. May create some healthy competition for underperforming staff, and keep them aware of what they need to be covering for their contract.
My salon personally we work on a 4 week incentive basis to reward consistency of performance. so for us we would need to print a report at the end of this cycle to see if staff have hit target to get a profit share (we offer 5% if 3.5 times their wage minimum has been hit every hour in that 4 week period.
Obviously extra ideas of what other salon do will be useful in how to design option to suit each business, but I think every salon owner/manager wants to see their staff performance improve and by having it right in front of them at the top of their booking column, they are not running blind on autopilot.

It would be great to have a Daily tally window of:
•Todays Value $***
- (what monetary values is booked in for today and including automatically if yesterday was down (missed target). with option to reset each week, fortnight, or month.
•Todays Target $***
- (an automated weekly value set by salon for e.g.- $7000- that is then automatically divided by the hours of rostered staff per day to give a daily target to meet weekly target)
-(What is left to reach target for today).
There is space in the left hand side column in phorest screen to have 3 bubbles for this. keeps the team/manager on the ball to what the salon needs to make on a daily basis and for staff to be onto of upscales and retailing to hit target without trying to find a report and printing and risk staff not seeing it.
It could be in red when under, blue when reached and green when above. in sight, in mind!

Could we please create a report that our staff can have access to with their KPI's?!!!!!
Give stylists better tools and ways to look at their numbers and pull reports easier to hit sales goals.
Would really like to be able to access my daily/weekly numbers. It is important to be able to keep track to know where improvement is needed. As of right now that access is only available to management and not individual stylists!

We are very goals oriented at our salon and I would love to see an option that stylists to click on at the computer to see their service totals, retail sales, units sold, rebook, and client count.
We send the reports nightly but it would be amazing for there to be a way the stylists can come to the computer and look at these totals in a glance.
We had millennium and they had a screen the stylist could look on to look at this and it benefited them greatly. THanks!

I would like for my staff to be able to pull their own reports as needed.
I love my staff to know their own numbers! They used to track them daily or view summary in our old system. Phorest needs to find a way for stylists to pull, not edit, their OWN previous transaction, and tip, and sales, etc history. With Phorest, they either have complete access to everyones numbers or none at all. I know I can send them a report, but if their is a mid day inquiry, they have to ask a manager and has been difficult and frustrating. The reports are so cool in PHOREST..Id love for my staff to enjoy them on an individual level!
