Online Booking - Show Original Booking Date Of Rescheduled Appointment
When a client reschedules their appointment, it does not show what their previous appointment was in the notification email - IE Client has rescheduled to December 25th - But unless I go into trail I do not know when their previous appointment was- Can this be added into the notification emails I receive?

add more information to the email you send out to inform us when a client reschedules their appointment.... ie Jane has moved their appointment for a cut with (whoever) FROM the 12/07/2020 TO 19/07/2020

When client re-schedules online can it tell you where they have moved from so you can offer appointment to cancellation list. Also when cancel, can there be a reason box that must be filled in. Thanks

I agree, it would be good to know if the client rescheduled at last minute, we don’t always have time to search through the trail.

I agree. If client has rescheduled an appt with short notice we would need to react quickly to re-book the slot.

Vahvistusviestissä, jonka asiakas saa, lukee vain päivämäärä. Olisi hyvä, että siinä olisi myös kellonaika, ilman että asiakkaan täytyy linkin kautta kirjautua ja katsoa varausta tarkemmin.
Varsinkin ensimmäistä kertaa hoitoon tulevat ovat antaneet tästä palautetta. -

Yes completely agree, it can be frustrating not knowing where to appointment has been removed from. Extra details in the email would be great.

Hoping this will have as I would like to email/text clients waiting on a cancellation or where a client has rescheduled so would be good to know what appointment is now available
