Reviews & Reputation - Reply to Phorest Reviews Through Phorest
Would be great to reply to clients, and to say thank you for the feedback as well as reply to poor reviews directly to solve the issue.

It would also be great if we could post the review directly onto Facebook or Google under the review tab rather than in the feed.
To allow Phorest to auto response to 5 star reviews from a number of preset responses set by the Salon

Can we please have the reviews functionality expanded so that we can chose to post/publish the reviews to our website as well as facebook, twitter etc.

I would also love to be able to auto-post reviews to my website reviews page, in the same way as I can post to FB through the Phorest Marketing section

Replying directly to reviews quoting the review left making it easier and more effective way to respond to a client and improving on customer service.
Great idea as we have to make sure we're checking 24/7 and replying .., some great comments here too

it would be great if we can see reviews in client card , same as we can view the notes .
defiantly, as a picture of nails etc would help promote our skills and build up a port folio.

also to ask for a photo! we do not often have the time, it would be great to text after they have left, also useful to let clients if you are running late as many would rather know than be sitting in the salon for 20-30 minutes Susie

When reading our reviews i have all my team reply to them personally. Not much - just a wee note of thanks.
At present we have to copy the clients email and exit the screen , go to our own email and post from there.
is there some way of linking the clients email address so as we can do this directly?

On the odd occasion client feedback has been negative ( we have just moved salons and clients have been suggesting certain improvements) it would be good to be able to click to reply and thank them for their suggestions etc or thank them also for their positive feed back. At the moment it's quite a long winded process to reply and I feel it's important they know their feedback has been acknowledged positive or negative
I like to get back to all clients leaving a review of less than 5 or where they have left suggestions for improvement. it would be nice to be able to simply click on that clients email and email from the review itself.
Also do other salons say thanks to all clients leaving reviews? or is that too much messaging?

by clicking on a button on the same page. This this will encourage further feedback and builds up extra loyalty and saves us time rather than having to compose a new SMS
