Marketing - Two Way Communications With Clients
Allow clients to respond to messages and give salon staff the ability to respond too. More like having a conversation than sending alerts.

We just switched from Salon Ultimate and we love Phorest better. However, we're used to being able to text back and forth with individual clients. They are very mobile friendly and love the option. Please consider working this into Phorest.

It would be handy if you could have a Text Client button directly in the client card section, rather than having to do it within the marketing section. It's ideal for the team to send quick messages to clients (and would encourage them to use it more) rather than phone.
2 way text messaging
It would be valuable to be able to answer directly or comment to the customers after getting a review.

Great idea, two-way communication via text with clients. Also, please think outside the box, think text marketing. Allow existing/potential customers to register to the salon VIP text list by sending a text-word to a specified number. Other platforms already exist that allow users send text campaigns with pictures and with web links coupons. Setup contest or monthly raffles, drip campaigns, email integration with other platforms, birthday list, text marketing analytics. Also, allow Phorest to integrate with other platforms via API ( application programming interface) or web hook.
I think this would be huge. We always have guests emailing in because they like that way of communication better, but is way more difficult for my front desk staff.

A separate tab to press when texts are sent to clients as we send them from our own mobile its hard to look back to see who got a text
if a particular client for example has a baby and you want to text them congratulations or its there birthday or for direct marketing.
