Online Booking - Limit How Far In Advance Bookings Can Be Made
Allow us to chose how many days/weeks/months in advance bookings can be made.
At the moment the clients can book in anytime in advance and this makes it difficult to schedule holidays when they are requesting certain staff members.

Very basic systems offer this! I'm shocked you don't have this feature. Also, yes, Britt Seva coaches to this and plus I agree...amending our own roster is not a solution as all. This would be a very simple fix on your end.

Yes! Please get with the program. I don't want to have to manually open and close up my calendar.

Allowing clients to only have access to certain time blocks/days/weeks rather then having to turn staff rosters off. Its super frustrating to constantly have to turn staff rosters off for online booking (it then deletes all vacation days you blocked off). It would be easier if you could set online booking for month to month or every 3 months rather than the whole year.

we open up our online bookings one month at a time. Right now I have to go into the staff roster opening it up and then break each shift out out for the whole salon so no one can book in advance. I wish we had the option to set booking dates on phorest like 1 month at a time.

Please do limit how far clients can booked
Visibility should be 1 or 2 months max
I am so keen to use online booking and payment options but wont do without that feature
Amending our own roster is not a solution at all

Many salon coaching programs, Brit Seva - Thrivers Society especially, recommend only opening online booking 8-12 weeks out. VERY POPULAR. I understand there is a roster, however, if this is not built out we can not book VIP clients in advance. So this option does not work. Many other systems offer this and it is automatic, not set manually by a roster. Please implement this as soon as possible.

Set up an option to only allow guests to book up to a certain date, and nothing beyond that. With everything going on having guests booked out 6,8, 10 weeks is not a good thing. It make more work for us if/when we have to close and then get in contact with all those people. If there was an option for us to turn off the online booking after a certain date, or even make it so we can set it so that guests can always only book online for the following 3 or 4 weeks and not beyond, would be Uber helpful 😁

Limiting online bookings for whole the company for certain amount of time. Let’s say 3 months.
So we can restrict availability for whole company online.
I would prefer if I can restrict online bookings for 3 months in advance, so customers always seeing 3 months available upfront from the date they enter. -

100% agree to this as we’ve recently had a lady book all her holiday appointments for August with a therapist who has planned her holiday for then. At the moment we’re only taking advanced bookings until end of April. When we contacted the lady to tell her the therapist was going to be on holiday she wasn’t happy at all & blames us for been able to book this appointment. We obviously explained what’s happened but she wasn’t having any of it! We need this!!!!

It would be nice to be able to not let clients have full reign of our booking system, because we don't know our life past 2 months out. If you could lock the system down, they would have to call in and you can have more control.

We currently can not use the online appointment app because it has immediate availability that we can not always accomodate. We need to give our therapists advance notice as we do not have them come in unless they have bookings. For example, if we could set it up to give an option that says - "Online bookings may not be made with less than X amount of hours advance notice." that would work better for our spa.

Would love this feature. I have the same problem with clients booking the first name on the list, who is usually the manager etc and the other staff members trying to build a client base aren't getting selected.

I would like to be able to allow online bookings during certain times and not others e.g we have a late night on a Thursday, this week for instance because the schools have broken up and everyone has gone on holiday we are quieter, we have a booking at 8.30 for a File & Polish but an hour gap before it, so instead of closing early I have to pay staff and lights etc. for a 15 min treatment. making it a profitless treatment

I would like to be able to priorities my staff for online bookings. Although I am listed on the online system as Beauty Therapist (as oppose to Salon Owner) clients will normally select me to do their treatments even though there will be gaps in the diary with the other Therapists. I would like to be able to priorities the staff.....that way I could make myself a low priority and would only be available if the other staff members are also busy at the selected time.

We need to be able to restrict our bookings so that 24 hour notice is required for all of our staff. Our staff generally won't come in if they have no appointments, and live to far away to be able to make it in at very short notice.
