Notify Salon when an SMS or email notification has "Failed"
When a Client's SMS Appointment Notification has "FAILED" to send please provide the salon with an update so we know our Clients are not receiving their notifications. That way we can rectify the problem BEFORE a missed appointment. Thank you.

get notifications, run a report and then be able to access client records from the report to failed SMS and unopened emails, this would then make it noticeable that a new mobile number may be in use and Phorest should prompt the client to submit this when next booking, or us as a salon could remove it then when they next book have to enter a new one, or if emails are unopened, a way to get our emails out of their junkmail? Hear it a lot from clients our consent forms and marketing end up in their junkmail.
Clients should be able to edit their contact information via their online booking account.. -

Get notification when emails fail so that the email address can be checked and amended if incorrect, or investigate why failing if address is correct We need to know that mails are being received as we may require certain information prior to an appointment, especially if a client has had covid and this may affect their service.

Currently we just use the green check mark as a verification and follow up by phone if they haven't confirmed via text or email, but it would be nice to see who didn't even get the notification. Especially if they typically confirm via one of those methods.

A good idea, but also for emails that have not been delivered or opened. A notification that pops up will remind us to confirm clients email if a marketing email has not delivered. Also if not opened, why? I have found emails are going into clients junk/spam even without using trigger words or many images within the email. Would be very helpful to have pop up notifications to see who hasn’t received emails so you don’t have to check marketing history and list the clients individually as to who hasn’t received an email.

Ugh I've been suggesting this for a year and a half... even just a little thing next to their name where it shows a text was sent, with an x to show it failed. This one feature could have saved me hundreds of dolllars this year alone because I don't have time to go into everyone's file everyday to see if they got their text (that's why I pay for this service) then I don't realize it failed until the person doesn't show up.

YES!!!! looking into each individual client card is tedious and most salons should not have time for this!

Email reports and sorting -
with the new style email campaigns you can see if emails are delivered, opened or failed. It would be good if you could sort through emails or select ones that have failed or repeatedly not opened to clear from clients accounts - or turn red on accounts so next visit client or staff can see this to know to correct or change email, (possibly same with SMS?) making emails and SMS campaigns work better and better up to date data on file. -

great idea!! When we transferred to Phorest from another software some of the information was transferred incorrectly so this seems to be an issue for us..

This includes email failure as well. Especially when the icon next to the appointment shows up as reminder sent, only to realize it has failed. I can't pull up a report daily.

Create a report to run to show which clients failed

How do we solve this issue? Some of our clients complained about this.

We could really use a screen that tells who has received an email or Text message to confirm. Some of our clients prefer a phone call confirmation, and the way it is right now we have to go through a look at every client on the book, its very time consuming and people are getting over looked.
