Whenever we serve new clients we always sent an automated follow up email through Vagaro one day following the appt that wasn't specifically an "ask" and that wasn't for "marketing" but was for informational, connective purposes which provided the client with notes from the service, after care instructions and so forth. I would like to be able to automate other kinds of information, please.

I would like to automatically send a reminder text on how to prepare for specific services

Forms should be sent automatically once client books service.
I agree. I want to send a form before and after a service
Send aftercare forms after the clients service. These would need to be different for each service.
Once the client has had there appointment we should be able to send them aftercare straight away or even better have it automatically send out. As at the moment we have to put a set time to send them out but the problem is we work different hours each day so some clients would be waiting hours for aftercare which is not good
If we can send post care from tablet as the client is leaving to help with sustainability and so we have a track record of them having the info.
We don't want to set this up as auto as it is only appropriate after their first visit.

yes second this!
We have aftercare emails that include links to aftercare products in our store but it’s annoying that we can’t save this as a template or schedule to go out automatically unless we use the old email editor - which isn’t very good compared to the new one :)

To conform to regulations and insurance parameters regarding Laser Hair Removal: We need to get a signed (could be digital signature, IP address log) confirmation, before doing another laser hair removal session, of health or prescription status.
This is to check they haven't been moved onto a phototoxic drug by another practitioner.
This form is called a medial history and medication update.
We would appreciate a method (maybe complete questionnaire), and possibly one that could be automated i.e. to be sent before session.
FORM LINKS - We did hope to included links to forms in our reminders so patients would get access to these to refill before session. This would add a layer of automation

It would be amazing if an automated email could be created that contained aftercare instructions for and tailored for certain treatments lash lifting, facials etc.

I would love to be able to have automatic emails sent out for each new extension service to help them with tips and tricks as well as a few videos on how to care for their hair. Making this reoccurring for each new guest
Scan your current aftercare card (paper format) and send it out to all your clients once they check out electronically. Online aftercare care cads should be branded etc.

Our insurance company ask that clients are given written pre & post information on the treatment they are having, every time they have the treatment. I would like to see an option where this can be sent automatically by email when the clients book in so we don't have to print out lots of different forms to give to them.
Instead of a paper copy always on hand to give to the client, it would be easier to prompt the client to check the mobile app for their specific aftercare.
It would be really useful to have an option to be able to email pretreatment forms or aftercare forms to clients as they check out that relate to their treatment. It would be useful for insurance purposes as well as saving printing them all the time
It would be good if the client can receive a pre and after care information to help cover us for insurance purposes.
