a "Did Not Show" counter or button.
Spoke to Rachel for training. Suggested a (Did Not Show) counter or (Did Not Show) button, similar to the break button. Reason being is that there are many naughty customers who doesn't show up where within that time we lose a time slot. So it would be lovely to have a counter or a did not show button. Would help us a lot for future bookings to take an individual seriously or not.
This is what we wer looking for! or if you could press NO SHOW and it would at east minimize the app to the 15 min-30....so It wouldnt make a stylist appear booked/double booked on the screen

We dont know how to add this client to a late cancelation list or didnt show in their history as there arent any option of this nature. Premier spa has cancelation charge option which prompts you into charging for late cancelation or not showing client and that removes booking from calendar also you are able

and having a no show show up in their history as a "past appointment"

When Calculating Client no shows only the date of the no show appointment should be calculated by date and not the services booked in. Ex.. If a client has 5 different areas scheduled to be treated on one day (all in one appointment slot) they will display as 5 no shows when really they have only had one.
And maybe a no show column so you can book other clients in that space . so you can just move that client to the no show column ?
