Google Reserve Integration

Reserve with Google is a new service where you can book an appointment directly from your google search. There is no need to go to a specific app or website. You just start booking directly from your search. Other salon software have had great success partnering up with Reserve with google and I was hoping Phorest would be able to provide the same service. I have attached pictures of what it looks like. Thank you

    Thank you for this suggestion.

    Google is sunsetting Google Reserve as we know it today. We are in touch with them about the planned changes.

    Instead of replacing the salon's booking system with a unified Google reserve booking flow, they will allow forwarding to each salon's own booking system which we very much appreciate.

    You can already put your booking link into your Google business profile.

    Es ist sehr sehr wichtig, dass Onlinebuchung auch über Google möglich ist!!
    So mag uns Google mehr und der Algorithmus rankt uns besser.
    Zudem wachsende Anzahl an Leuten, die nur noch über Google buchen und das der ausschlaggebende Punkt ist, warum sie nur noch zu Salon X und nicht zu Salon Y gehen!

    Es wäre wichtig dass die Onlinebuchung auch bei Google möglich ist!!! So mag uns Google noch mehr und rankt uns im Algorithmus anders! Zudem bekommt man sehr oft das Feedback von Leuten, die sagen, sie buchen nur noch über Google - Tendenz steigend!

    There is quite a list of providers for online booking through google but not Phorest yet. It is another great way for people to be able to book.

    Please become a Google My Business partner to support online booking from our GMB listings. A lot of software companies are already doing this.

    I believe this should be one of the biggest priorities as it makes a huge difference in the customer journey. Many other platforms have already integrated and Phorest should have been top of the list! The feature has been out for ages now! Please look into this!
