book for multiple people online booking
if online booking will allow you to book multiple appointments for multiple people and not all be under one persons name. A client was booking her daughters on the app but they were all booked under her name. Without having to log off and making new account for her daughters

You cant currently book the same service ie... 2 gents haircuts or 2 kids haircuts using the app. clients have to ring the shop to do this which i turn takes up our time. Could this be added ?

Hello, we have just launched the App (which clients love) but it would be beneficial for parents to book their children via their App. At present we have all children linked to their parents account (GDPR compliant, so we don't market to under 16's) but parents are unable to book their children online or via the App. It would be useful if linked accounts were visible on the main account holders App. A slider or drop down menu which they could switch between who they are booking for. i.e. mum holds the main account, but has two children (Molly & Peter) linked to her account. She then logs on and chooses who to book for, processes, the booking, pays the deposit so the deposit goes to the clients it is booked for. At present parents are booking for their children but we are unable to change the client due to the deposit being linked to the parent who has booked the appointment.

There should be a way to attach multiple people to the same app account and pick the person that you want to book an appointment for. We have multiple families that all come in and the parents should be able to book for themselves and their kids through the same account. Especially since most young children don't have their own email accounts and aren't booking their own appointments.

Multiple online bookings are very important. I had a client who wanted to book his girlfriend but the system is assuming they are coming for the same treatment at the same time. It should be easier and more flexible for one person to book more people in. And it is our responsibility to follow up with individual consultation forms. It is the same as they introduce new clients in and they should be able to do that ONLINE. The person they are booking for will encouraged to book online in the future.

Be able to book multiple people online, for mothers to book their children all under one account but choose which child they are booking for.
