Treatcard Setup % Discount As Reward
We think it would be a great idea to be able to set up the treatcard rewards so clients can uses % off their services...
Rewarding clients with free products or services can cost the salon and staff as we still need to pay wages and staff..
Eg: could be
150 points = 10% off any service or products
250 points = 15 % off any cut&colour
350 points = 20% off any service
500 points = 50% off any cut&colour
If they have many points means they could use
eg: 250 points for their 15% off the colour service and then also use another 150points on purchase of products....
The treatcard point system would need to be set up so the points are deducted when the discount is made using the reward points so they would not need to be taken off manually...
Hope other salons agree ?

If the decimal point on the treatcard calculator had functionality (rather than being blank), we could add 0.1 or 0.2 etc per £1 spent as a default, to equate to 10% / 20% off. My previous homebased business had to off retail at 20% off to compete with the internet. I don't want to discount on the high street or do everything manually. There can't be much code in that :) - she says hopefully !

Definitely agree there needs to be more flexibility. Our current loyalty system offers £5 off per 100 points collected. We have had this for years and works well so won’t switch to treat cards till this is possible. Frustrating as one of the reasons we moved to Phorest was to streamline everything and it all be under our crm system. I was told treat cards could be set up this way.
