Trails to show what staff members have viewed, in addition to what they have edited
On our old system we had a daily log of who’d done what when logged into their PIN number.
Eg. When they’d looked at a client record card and what time. And when they’d changed an appointment from one day to another. The trails on the system at the moment are good but it takes a long time to track any changes so to be able to see what staff have been looking at or doing whilst logged in would be fab.
I used to have millennium and they had a log report . you could see everything a staff member did on the program . It was very telling as to who you could trust !

Yes, this is very important, ideally it would have a category of its own in the manager section called for instance ‘Activity log’ with filters like date, staff member, time etc.
a list of actions each therapist has made in the system (cancellations, changed bookings, new bookings etc). it is confusing when there are more people dealing with bookings.
