Notifications - Message Staff Member When Client Book / Cancels / Reschedules
It would we great if we could have a notification by email to the stylist when a client cancels / reschedules (not just by the app)
If we could have an activity list, so we can check to see all the activity of the day booked, rescheduled, cancelled

Service Providers need to be notified when a guest books, cancels, reschedules, adds a note to an appointment, etc.

Currently when an appointment books, confirms, adds a note, cancels or rescheduled the main salon email that receives the notification is great, but our team is constantly complaining because they don't also receive these notifications. If they don't receive the notice, its harder to track who we may need to reach out to for reschedule. The salon would currently have to forward all these emails to our staff which just isn't possible

Stylist need to be notified when a new appt. is made and if it cancels or changes. Our old system used to let them know via text and we really miss this and are unhappy that Phorest does not have this available.
It would be VERY useful for TECHNICIANS to receive PUSH NOTIFICATIONS for New Appointment Bookings or Cancellations within 24-hours
There should be an app notification when a client books, changes their appointment, or cancels their appointment. If a service provider is in the middle of an appointment and someone books, they have no way of knowing without constantly checking the app. An instant notification would be very helpful.
If we could recieve an alert of some sort when same day appointments are made online, it would really help us be prepared to recieve that client. Some of us rely heavily on the gaps as breaks. If we are alerted as soon as that appointment is booked, it'll help us and the front desk staff know that that expected break is no longer available and to be ready.

Every time a stylist get a new appointment or cancellation they shut get an email with details to let them know.
Having notifications of bookings done outside of salon or working hours for stylists in the form of text or email would be beneficial. We are finding that the push notifications, which as far as I know is the only way to be notified of a new booking, is not reliable.
Notifications that tell stylists when they’ve gotten an opening in their schedule within 48hours.
staff will get notifications when clients book their appointments.
It would be a nice feature if you could send a text to each provider letting them know they have appointments scheduled.
