Option to flag appointments with important notes/reminders
There should be away that we can flag an appointment on the book (make it red) for important notes, reminders or if they have a habit of being late or not showing up to their appointments. This can also be combined for Birthday reminders.
What I do now is before their appointment time I make a break time before and write my notes there.
I was thinking maybe having an option to flag the appointment and make it Red so on the appointment book it stands out when looking at it

I would love to have the ability to have custom flags where our own custom icons show up with the Phorest ones (like the star for new clients etc). For example we are checking covid vaccine status for clients, it would be great if we could create a flag, maybe a "V" that would show up so we can easily see who is vaccinated without having to check their status etc visit. Customizable with our own icons as I know this example is not necessarily something that many salons need.

I know currently there is the option to add a prompt on check in, but it would be nice to add that prompt on booking instead. We use the service to make booking alert notices, but many times they get overlooked by the front desk staff and on Phorest Go (even though it is their note).

Particular clients have special needs. For instance, "client needs 60 mins for haircut". If there could be a pop-up when BOOKING instead of Check-in, there would be a ton of client needs solved. Thank you.

With our last booking program, if there was a conflict with an appointment the Stylist was able to mark it "conflicting" from the app and the appointment would turn red so the next day when the receptionists opened they would see the red appointment and know the stylist left a note with instructions on calling the client.

Just moved on to Phorest from Shortcuts. I’m so glad we made the move. However, they did offer the ‘post it note’ icon on the appointment which was great. It allowed you to look quickly at the note before the patient arrived. Really important if you have a disgruntled guest and the note is giving you a synopsis of the discussion.

I need a emoji or something that tells the staff that they must read notes before service if the client has come back or had an allergy reaction that is life n death for example peanuts or just nuts. even a sad face for client n ot happy and green face for allergies and illnes. I feel it is important.

This would be nice as a reminder for clients with allergies to certain products as well.
I hate that you have to individually click on each appointment to see if there is a note. This would be great!

love love love the 'post it' idea my receptionist would love this she is always complaining that we dont read her notes but in the clients appointment notes they are sometimes over looked

I think there is a way to put a note on the appointment itself but its not easy to remember how to do it, its not a simple process, a button to allow to add a quick note would be an excellent tool
Yes, just being able to have a post it note attached to an appt. like; it’s her bday! Or doesn’t like loud music! Or wants to have a chat about going grey!
You currently have the option to "tick" the boxes in the client card for Client Notes and Service History to be shown. Every time a new client is added, I have to run a report to then go into each client to tick the box to show notes on the check in screen. I want there to be an option somewhere that I can choose to tick both boxes to show notes on all new clients added, instead of having to manually go in and ticking them. Thanks
