Add products/services to the bill and save this until they are ready to pay. Having to add services and retail again every time you are done with a ticket (not checked out) - can we have the ability to save changes.

it does save it when you change it. You just go to pay and change it and then go back to appointment. An actual save button prob would help most people I guess.........
I'd love to be able to create a ticket for a client that we could save and edit as needed. Be able to pull it up on any computer and view the saved ticket to do a checkout

It would be great if I could add products to my guests bill just like I can add services. While I'm doing my service I can scan the barcode of any product I use that the client wants to take home. I can take the products from the display on the way to the desk. Saves time for the desk staff, now all the guest has to do is pay
Yes! This would make checking out run so much smoother on busy days!
There should be a possibility to park/save uncompleted orders in a visible section. For example if a therapist recommends products and has to leave before the customer checks out, he can scan the products to the treatment and when the customer checks out the receptionist can choose the order from the unsaved orders section.
It seems that you can change the price of a service manually, However there does not seem to be an option to save the new price ahead of time and close the window. I would like to be able to edit a price and save it but not cash the guest out until ready. Right now when you close out of the screen it defaults to regular price.

You can actually add services and products to a ticket, go back to e.g. the appointment screen and back into your ticket and will have those added services and products still in there.
Just click the *Pay* button again on the appts screen or use the arrow down key in the purchase screen to view your draft tickets.
I know it doesn't save everything e.g. a price change or a discount.
It only works per computer also.

Add product function when we click on an appointment on Phorest go. Would ease the check out procedure and products would not be forgotten to be sold. We also sell drinks so would make sales easier.
PLease action this. Every POS/booking system (Booker, Mindbody, etc - for all their faults) had this functionality for years.
We desperately need a save ticket function. Firstly, clients often walk in and say "I need this product and that product" meaning we have to remember what they wanted when they come out of treatment. It's also useful when a client tells you in advance via phone or email what they want, you can build the ticket and have it ready for faster checkout. Having to rebuild a ticket every single time, even just to leave the page is a PITA.

We have lots of undercharged clients because of the system reverting back to booked in services. Very rarely does a client have what they booked in for.

Also, discounts. I would like to add discounts before check out to help save time, but they don't stay on the ticket.

There’s a kind of way of doing this but it’s complicated. I’d love to be able to quote my guest and then enter those quote details and save it until checkout. It prevents any issues at the desk when there’s someone else checking out for you!

yes definitely, we need to adjust any part of the bill and then "lay away" for the future until they pay
