Access a client's past sales and receipts from their client card
If a client asks our front desk staff to print out a previous transaction from a few months ago the process is to look up the past time they were in via client card, then go to sales, then go to the specific day in question, then search for the client on that day. It takes way too long and too many clicks to access this important information.
When we have guests waiting to check out and phones ringing it can feel so frustrating to complete this simple task.
In other systems all of the clients past information is in one place. You click on ticket history, then double click on the one you want to pull up, then press print. That is 4 clicks.
Currently in phorest we can't even search for a clients past ticket without going to the specific day they were in.
There needs to at least be a way to search the entire data base for one clients past tickets, and also have a tab in their client card with this information. A simple double click on the transaction to pull it up.

It's very difficult to see a past charge a client has done. Booker has under the client, an past appt, past orders, etc that you can click on the magnifying glass under the orders and see the exact ticket that was done in the past. Phorest makes it extremely difficult to get this info, especially if things such as refunds were done on a different day. I attached an example

There is no way to see a past receipt from the client card. If the guest can't remember the last time they were in but wanted to check something on their receipt we have to search for the client, find their last appointment, go back into the sales screen, go to that day, and then search the name. TOO MANY CLICKS FOR A BUSY SALON!!
At least make it so we can search for a guest's receipt between date parameters instead of just one single day at a time.

I agree! We still have access to our old system Booker for another month and it’s way easier to log in to the old system to find the information we need. In Phorest it’s a much longer search and very stressful for us and the client. I’m nervous when we can no longer access the old system.

All transactions should show up in a client's purchase history, including gift card transactions. To show proof of purchase. Now you have to know they exact date they purchased and go into sales.

We would like to provide access to easily view and/or re-send/Print receipts/letters through a client's card. Right now, we have to go to Manager/Sales AND remember the date of service in order to perform such functionality.
