Reporting for payroll to calculate overtime
In order to do the payroll correctly in USA we have to calculate the regular hours and overtime. Unfortunately Phorest software is able to. We need to calculate the regular and over time hours separately
Please! My account is frustrated by this, and more calculations for me.

Need an employee hourly report to include PTO, vacations, overtime, sick days etc. And break in and out times. Currently need 3 separate reports to do this. The 2 previous software companies both had this.

It is very hard to calculate the overtime across different branches at the moment, if not impossible, although the System has already all data points to generate an easy report with the overtime the staff worked for any given reporting period: days attended * Average Work Hours per Day - Sum of all logged hours = overtime! Doesn't every salon need this feature or am I the only one paying extra hours worked?

We should be able to setup the premium for sunday shifts and other premium days like Bank Holidays on the system so that it will calculate for us.
