A button to block online booking for a client that is not as severe as ‘banned’
Some clients consistently book the wrong appointments or they book multiple spots and cancel or no show at the last minute. The time in managing them would be easier if the were simply redirected to get in touch. A banned button should only be used in extreme circumstances, there should be levels of restriction

There should be a way to block certain clients from booking online. We have clients that are a higher price or need special bookings and we don't want certain people to have access to book online.
There should be an option on their client card to not allow them to book online.

An Alert option to tick rather than "Banned" This is an easy way to bring attention to problem clients, regular no show clients. it can alert staff booking to either take a deposit or to be aware they made a complaint last time etc

It’s a good option to have. Some clients are a bit scattered in bookings and blocking online only, would force there hand a little bit to call and book.

I would love to be able to block a client from booking online if they don’t show up and force them to call in.
