Ability to resend an appointment confirmation, reminder, review
It would be great to send a second appointment reminder when the guest has not confirmed. EX: afternoon/eve prior to appointment to be able to cllck a button to RESEND reminder.
Having the ability to send a Day of Reminder, would be great. We have lost a large amount of Revenues due to guests forgetting their appointmnent - crazy busy lives - my massage therapist, dentist and chiropctor do this -

This feature is a must! We have guests alter appt. times, provide us with new email addresses, or ask us to resend their appt confirmation. - But we can't. So needed. As sophisticated at the Phorest software is, it's hard to believe it can't do this basic function.

To be able to send appointment reminders or changes or a message through Phorest to clients as an when needed.
We already have am automated confirmation text sent out two days in advance but we would really like to be able to have a second automated text go out to our clients, the same day saying something like "We wanted to let you know that we are running on time and looking forward to seeing you at 12pm. Please allow enough time for parking"...etc...to make sure our clients are on time. My dentist does this and its great!
Sometimes clients request this, but we don't have the ability to resend it.

We would love the ability to manually send a confirmation of a booking or a modified booking. For example, when a client modifies the time of the appointment, a new confirmation email is not sent and they keep calling us to find out what time they changed it to. It would be great if there was a way to generate a confirmation email for an appointment on demand. It would also be helpful for clients that insist they didn't get one so we can resend it to them.
