You could choose when it appears, "at booking" " at checkout"
If that client has specific timing when booked or specific pricing when checking out, this is a way to communicate it directly to the guest services team at the exact time they need to see it.
When booking a client we would like the option of having an alert....for example if they are a no show client this will pop up as soon as we go to book them in then we can request full treatment amount before booking or if they are on some medication we need to be careful with this will pop up when they arrive. I have used this on another system and its great

this would be extremely helpful to ensure that I book my guests appropriately and we add or reduce time to each specific guests needs. or notes like - must make sure to cut hair upstairs if they wear a hijab, or must cut downstairs if they are physically unable.. it allows my front end to know if we actually have the spacing available to book a guest at that specific time.

Pop Up Notes as soon as you open a client card when booking when I open a client card to book them an appointment if they need special timing or accommodations I need to see those notes when scheduled. It is useless for those notes to sit in their card or pop-up when they check in to their appointment. I can't believe this isn't already offered. I am lost without Pop Ups!!

It would be great if we could set up prompts to trigger at times other than only check in. For example, we should be able to set up a prompt to show when making an appointment for someone who must pay in advance for their next appointment. Also it would help a lot to be able to set up ongoing prompts for guests who have no showed their last appointment.
my receptionist will break a 30 minute haircut then after booking sees the staff needs 45 in the nite section. however wasn't seen till after it was booked and now staff runs behind.

add a pop up notification for important client notes to pop up when booking like the no show pop up does. Important information could include information such as if the client has been banned from the salon, if due to no shows or late cancellations they are required to pay a deposit prior to booking or leave a Credit card on file etc. So if someone other then the suggested stylist is booking like another coworker or receptionist they would have all of that information to tell the client before booking.

Please, we are DESPERATE for client note pop-ups when creating a booking for guests. It is the only way we can catch VIP notices and prevent problems before they happen. Our booking staff relies on such notes to take deposits or be alerted to anything else that may be important to know BEFORE scheduling the guest.

An alert for an individual client to pop up when booking or checking out. Alert will include booking details, price adjustments, etc.

YES PLEASE! This is much needed for various reasons that serve as alerts for our front desk team. The only way around this is to use client notes, which may be over-burdened, and it requires training the team to focus on those notes before going further. POP UPS would take the human error out and automate a much needed system!
