Cleanup/sanitisation time that can be added to the end of an appointment
Can you have a feature that sanitation is incorporated into the service
Phorest allows guests to schedule a color service at the end of a stylists' day without factoring the gap time in as processing/shampooing time. For example, If I allow 15 minutes for a color application and 45 minute gap time for processing. a guest can schedule color in the last 15 minutes of my day. If I leave at 5:00, I can't take a 4:45 color appointment.
It is neccessary to have a timeblock added to each treatment for postprocessing after a treatment (cleaning up the room, preparation for next customer). This block should be removable when a customer books more than one treatment - as you only need postprocessing once.
My old software Vagaro had a “covid clean” checkout! We could send a text to the client that opened a tip/ signature pad on their phone to complete the checkout. It directly opened into them leaving a 1-5 star rating and a review. We collected 200+ 5 star reviews in months. This was amazing and clients loved it. It’s the main feature I’m going to miss. Please add this!

I agree with other comments - we need to be able to set the diar so it automaticly puts 15 min clean up break between bookings - I know you can add time to a treatment but the issue is when you have a client with multiple treatments in the one booking.The danger we have no by opening our online booking is that er have clients back to back ( like we used to do in the good old days pre Covid)
to be able to create a cleandown / recovery time after booking time has be built in the system i.e.: facial 60 mins followed by 15 clean down thus not allowing an online booking back to back
cleanup time feature automatically books 15mins
Changing all service times not not work if clients are booking multiple bookings!! I want to turn online back on but I cant without this in place

Add Gap time at the beginning and end of a clients session without gaps in between multiple treatments for the same client, avoiding unnecessary time being blocked out during sessions AND avoiding clients being able to book a treatment online without a gap after previous client.
This is so important especially with COVID !
Multiple treatments are having our clean up time added onto each individual treatment. I would like a feature which allows to gap between clients and not the treatments. This is very important at this time. If client booking 1/2 leg wax and bikini wax. Time needed is 35mins +15mins cleanup are the moment time given is over an hour. This is not cost effective for the salon and when clients book on-line it will not offer all times available. .
or we cant use Online /App
As multiple bookings will add to much time if I change all services times
Be good to have COVID 19 that we can also add Surcharge too

on the online setup place a button that lets you set a recovery time / clean down time so that clients can't book right up to the next booking
We Have the service duration ,we have a gap time when booking more than one treat, But we need a clean down time that we can set i.e. 5 to 15 min important feature especially with covid etc
at the moment I can add 15mins after a treatment but if client books 2+ treatments that means I have too long a gap. also if a new client books I don't want them just turning up no advice so can we do a message saying that all new clients need/must contact the salon first.
Clean up time automatically goes in after appointments so u dont have to extend app time
