Add a "where did you hear about us" field for new guests booking online
Allow salons to gather more data about where new guests are coming from.
Ideally you will introduce this on all consent forms but for any other clients the front of house staff forget most of the time. This would ensure that even if they are busy they will make a note and add later. It is essential that we know where our marketing spend is effective.

When booking an appointment for a new client there should be a place in it to ask how the client heard about us so salons can track it for their marketing purposes on the appointment screen without going into the client card. Also added into consultation forms
Is it possible to have the where did you hear about us place on the front of the client page??

As a chain of clinics we need to understand how clients heard about us, this is available but not as a prompt, I need this to pop up everytime a client books an appointment
