Digital Treatcard: Automatic opt-in on card creation option
We'd love it if the TreatCard was integrated into the App so that the guest isn't required to have a TreatCard tag or card that needs to be scanned into their file. As soon as a client card is created they are allocated a treat card number.
Perhaps upon first time payment a pop up comes up asking if they'd like to opt into the rewards program. There could be bonus if they opt in that's customizable. We'd like to see more flexibility in the types of treats they can receive.
Ie. $20 off a service (as opposed to adding on a treatment). Perhaps there's a QR code that they need to show us in the App that we scan to apply points at time of transaction.
We'd also like a Referral Program integrated into this App. If an existing client refers a new client they can share a link (perhaps in the app to encourage to download) and once the new guest comes in and redeems that specific referral coupon than the existing client will be given the reward which will appear in the App.
They would be able to view their TreatCard points and referrals in the app.

es wäre absolut praktisch wenn nicht nur die Punkte der Treatcard sondern auch die Karte selber auf die App geladen werden könnte und somit der Kunde auch die Karte über die App vorzeigen könnte. Sollte ja mit dem Strichcode problemlos integriert werden können?
Definitely agree that the Treatcards should become virtual - a number should be assigned if they opt into the program, and a scannable barcode on the app would be great.

Treat Card number in the app is a very good feature to add. This will motivate clients to download the app which can be further used for appointment and increase in business. Current system of key tab is old and obsolete. Lot of clients keep loosing them and we have to replace them every month... its more cost then the reward ......
Yes, would LOVE a scannable code in the app for the treat card! I had a guest last night asking why we don't have and where she can see her points etc. I couldn't answer that.

It would be great to have a digital way to track and use the Treat Card. With Covid we have moved to touches checkout and we also want to encourage our team and guests to lessen their environmental footprint so less plastic is a win! I would also appreciate if the parameters for how points are acquired were more customizable. I like being able to adjust to have clients earn points based off of incremental spending to help us leverage add ons TODAY rather than for the future.

Phorest used to have the treat card on the app.
Clients keep loosing there treat card, it’s great for them to show there bar code on the app, that way they use the app more!
1)We want our clients to be using there app, this way it encourages them to download the app, and they can book appointments on there phone.
Good for branding.
2) it gets expensive giving out multiple cards to clients that keep loosing there card.

Please let me know when this comes to reality. Requiring a physical card for the treat card program is insanity. There's no need and it wouldn't take a lot of effort to program. I know other phorest clients are complaining about this. We are not implementing the program until it's not necessary for a client to have a physical card.
This would be easy to include in the branded app. They may not want to because it would mean less TreatCard sales for Phorest.
Please change the treat cards to be a barcode that is accessible from your salon's booking app under the client's account, so they can pull it up on the phone and salons don't have to keep buying physical treat cards. This would streamline processes for both the salons and their clients.

The treat card should be electronic allowing clients to add it to their apple Wallet or similar. This would also mitigate the need for someone to carry the treat card on them. It would also allow us just to scan their phone like at the airport with an electronic boarding pass.

This would be very helpful if client's treat card number can display on Salon app under her account with points . This way they don't have to carry the treat card with them .

Clients have suggested they would prefer to have a loyalty card app to update points rather than a card.
