More customised and targeted marketing client filters
Allow for more customizable targeting. For example, I'm trying to send an email to the clients who have seen our aesthetician since she will be going on leave soon. I hate how it only allows me to select a "preferred staff member" since a lot of our clients have their hair dresser AND see her for spa services. Or that I'm limited to only layering on targeting with "AND" on the service filters. So I can filter it to people who have gotten waxing AND skincare services, but I really need an "OR" option to reach all of her clients. The filters seem awesome, but end up falling short of what I need most of the time.
