Ability to create and save our own templates in the email marketing suite
You have many great email templates for us to use but we really want to make our own and be able to save certain ones as templates that we can use again and again.
Currently if we want to use an email that we have previously created, then we must scroll through and find that email and choose 'edit and resend' this is time consuming, especially when you send a lot of emails - it also automatically sends to all previous clients the original email went to which isn't always ideal.
This would also be great so we can make aftercare emails and save them as a templates ready to send out quickly and easily.
We know that we can create an email and have it automatically go out after a specific treatment but this is only available with your old email suite that doesn't compare to your new one - especially with the ability to link products etc.
Not sure how many other salons would be interested in this but it would make our marketing / aftercare / follow up emails so much easier :)

Hey, this isn't something that's on the short term roadmap at the moment but it's a great idea and could be something we get to in the future.
I did want to check if you'd tried this process as it might help speed things up a bit for you right now:
1. Click 'Compose Email'
2. Click 'Sent Templates' at the top
3. Locate the template you sent before that you'd like to use againIf you do it this way instead of 'Edit & Resend' it won't copy the audience or any other campaign settings either, it's just the content of the email that will be reused. I hope this helps somewhat!
