I loved and we all miss the auto pop ups when booking a client, like a pop up saying this clients always gets grey blending with his haircut! Or book extra time long thick hair
Send stylist a notification when an appointment has been scheduled on their calendar, wether manually or an online booking.
When you got to Check out or press pay , add pop up reminders for staff that can be set by mangers.

We need a pop up for client notes so before the client is booked front desk see's the note and books accordingly. Also the notes should pop up at checkout. Having client notes in the area below is hard for anyone booking to remember to check.
Pop-up notification when booking an appointment. This can flag the front desk that a client has to put down a deposit to schedule. That “note” should also be connected to online booking.
Add prompt for a check out alert. Like when you can prompt notes to pop up at check in.
Any prompts that you create for a client should pop up AS we are booking that client, not as they are being checked in. Check-in is often too late or in other words, no longer relevant.
A prompt to pop up when booking services. This prompt would be the client notes. So when we add notes in a guests file in the clients note section that say "book extra 15 minutes" or "no shows do not prebook" it will pop up while you are booking the service.

I'd love if there were a feature where you can have your own note pop up when booking specific clients. Such as, "always runs 15 min behind" or "need extra 15 min for highlights" It would help with booking for accurately. If you could set up a note to pop up during the booking process.
I need a emoji or something that tells the staff that they must read notes before service if the client has come back or had an allergy reaction that is life n death for example peanuts or just nuts. even a sad face for client n ot happy and green face for allergies and illnes. I feel it is important.

It would be good to have a pop up message when making an appointment for a client to alert receptionist of special needs or difficult situations that might occur prior to making an appointment.

To have prompts for when clients are being booked if they have notes in the system to prompt their notes!
Ex. If a client needs extra timing the stylists adds that to the notes. The note would show up when trying to book.

We need pop ups for nut allergies or eyelash tint etc. And also if people are banned needs to pop up on the go app.

Pop up notification to request a deposit from a client booking who is a repeat offender for cancelling or no show
Some clients require extra time or do not like being double booked. We need prompts to pop up when we try to schedule the appointment (it doesn’t benefit us if the prompt shows up after they are booked and when we are checking them in)

I know there is a method to create prompts on checking in. I am talking about having those prompts show up when we are trying to book the appointment. Thank you!

Wish the notes for a client would pop up when you go to ring them out, some clients may pay different prices or have certain discounts. And if it pops up it’s easier to not miss the note
