Online Booking - Waiting List and Upgrade Desktop Wait List
Clients booking online should have the ability to book into a waiting list if their stylist isn't available. Staff in salon should have better options in the wait list like auto booking in and more flexible times in the waiting list, not just for a specific time slot.

Restrict new clients from booking their first appointment online
We would like all new clients to not be able to book their first appointment online. We run into a lot of clients not knowing what they need and and when the come in we don't have enough time to accommodate them.

Mark which services are enabled for online booking on the services screen
To save time and so that you can see where you have been indicate on the main service screen which services are enabled for online booking. Especially with having to enable and disable for lockdown the process is very longwinded.

Disable creating an online account for some services
We previously used a simple form to allow our customers to book a video consultation by taking their phone number and email address only.
The issue with the current process on Phorest is that users have to create an account with Phorest in order to proceed with the initial video consultation booking. Account creation shouldn't happen at this stage. We are happy to gather their information in order to send them confirmation/reminder email/SMS, but they shouldn't have to create an account with Phorest just yet.
