It would be great to be able to make checkout contactless like Square credit card processors that are inexpensive and can have at everyone's chair.

It would be helpful to be able to take a picture of our authorization form that a client fills out and then upload that to their form section on the Phorest Go app.

Currently I as the business owner can deny access to everything , except Stock take on the Phorest Go App. I think this is a great option for managers or owners, but Stock take is business related not a service provider issue. would love to see this happen:)

Add Where did you hear about us? to the digital consultation form. Add a dropdown of some predefined choices in the form that will match with the ones predefined in the system so the client can update lead source on the consultation.

It would be great if it were possible to have the client database linked via Phorest Go to the phone app, that way when a client is ringing to the phone you would know who it was, this improves client relationship as it adds a personal touch.

Add the ability to opt out some clients from being on the list of consultation forms to send. If there are certain clients that you don't want to send the form to then you can't use the send all option. It's hard to send each one manually especially when I have to keep entering my pin and closing and reopening the app.

When making a new booking would be great to see the history of the client whilst making the booking in the app

Phroest Go available on your Apple smart watch for one stylist scheduling viewing (as apposed to the whole staffs view) . It would vibrate when your next client is checked in and what their scheduled appointment is (if they’re early). This way, you can discreetly manage your timing. Also, if possible on a watch, small editing would be nice. Such as timing or pricing.

Is it possible to have the appointment times be on the 1/4, 1/2 or whole hour?

As a one person operator having clients book themselves in for appointments that are random times like 1:25 or 4:50 just seems weird to me.
I like having a booked schedule but I also need time to clean up after each appointment leaves the salon.
Having my clients come in early to a 1:25 (for example) appointment instead of 1:30 does not allow me the time to tend to the salon and then stresses me out as I don’t like to keep people waiting.

Create an option to confirm appointments on the Phorest Go app.

Currently a client will turn off SMS Messaging and then we're no longer able to use the SMS chat feature in Phorest Go. Have a way to disconnect the two so that even if the marketing messages are turned off we can still text with the client.

We really need our Green Circle and PPE fees to be available on Phorest Go. Since we started using the custom fee feature, we can no longer use iPads to check out clients because these fees are not on their ticket. The workaround provided by support was to create retail items for those fees and then have to manually add them-- that is accounted for differently in our accounting and would create an unnecessary task for owners in trying to separate these fees from true retail sales.

Employees would like to see from their phone who gave them a tip and how much?

When a client moves their reservation with multiple services to another date and has customized timing that has manually changed can it just move the exact booking to their new date?

Make a clipboard available to move appointments to other days as easily in the app as is available in the main software.

May I suggest you add a box to communicate with my team through their Phorest Go app to give words of inspiration or current bonus totals to keep them motivated and on task? Thanks

Staff to see the money they have physically generated rather than just treatment values on their performance app.

I love the performance app for staff but as they are targeted on money generated as apposed to value of treatments performed it just doesn't work for us.

I feel that money in the bank is more important as we could be really busy with pre paid courses and bring in no physical cash in the bank. It is important for therapists to understand the importance of both.

I love the new features on the Phorest Go app, especially the "my performance" section. Could course sales be added as my therapists get commission paid on it and I know of many other clinics that do.
