  1. Online Booking - Allow Clients to Change Service

    A few customers have asked about not being able to change their service on online booking, only cancel or reschedule. For example change a cut and blowdry to a dry cut etc.

  2. Suggested Retail Section on Salon Branded App

    I would like a service provider to write out a prescription of products in the client file and have it show up on the client app so they know what to buy.

  3. Track bookings from Instagram and Facebook ads through Phorest

    We find it very difficult that we can't track bookings and the customer journey once they have left our website and gone into the Phorest iframe. There needs to be a way to track the customer journey to booking from our side.

  4. Customise which services get recommended in online booking

    Currently, when a guest is using online booking, Phorest will recommend add on services. However, these services don't make sense to go together. When a male guest books a haircut, it recommends that he books a women's haircut. Why not have the ability to tell the system to offer beard treatments, etc.

  5. Show deposit balance on Phorest Go

    show deposit balance on app. We have clients who cancel, postpone rebook etc ho think they are being charged each time for a new deposit. They are unaware they are in credit with their deposits

  7. online booking for specific stylist

    It would be amazing if clients could have a link to their own stylists booking page, this would be easier since my staff are all at different price points and offer different services. The guest could just go to our website, click on their stylist and go straight to their booking and the services that they provide.

  8. A 'squeeze me in' booking feature

    A previous system had a squeeze me in feature to fill in any little gaps like 15 mins would suggest an eyebrow wax. Its something that our clients mention on a regular basis.

  9. Allow clients to cancel part of their booking online

    When clients book in more than one treatment sometimes they need to just cancel or reschedule one of them. However online they have to cancel the whole booking which frustrates them a lot.

    Also some clients split appointments in a day. I.e they might come in in the AM and then in the PM but Phorest only sends email confirmation and reminder for the first appointment.

  10. Ask clients to leave a cancellation reason when cancelling an online booking

    Can a basic multiple choice be added to Online bookings for cancellations? Almost like when you unsubscribe from a website

    A drop down could appear when a client cancels to give a reason which would help the business identify areas to work on

  11. Allow Family members to be linked on app

    allow clients to merge their family members files onto their accounts in order to see appointments. For example a dad who sets up his son's appointments - a way for him to see both his and his son's appointments in the app.

  15. Online Booking - Allow Language Selection for Clients

    I'm working in a country where there's 2 main languages + we have a lot of english speaking tourists. It would be great to have online bookings in different languages to attract new customers and tourists, instead of losing them to other salons that offer the bookings in multiple languages. Any plans to make this possible in the near future?

  17. Instagram live image gallery feed on the Salon Branded App

    having a live feed from IG in the gallery on the branded app would save time having to constantly upload pictures of our work into the app. Its very time consuming having to upload pictures and embedding IG would resolve this. Clients could then see up to date work easily.

  18. Cancellation Page: Include Salon Contact details where appointment is within the cancellation period

    Scenario:
    Client gets a SMS Confirmation Text from Salon; Needs to cancel appointment and clicks link which brings them to the 'Cancel' page. It is now within the 'unable to cancel' because it is within the min. cancellation period.; Client is shown a message saying a generic message "saying please contact the salon". There are no contact details available to call the salon from this page and the client has to now actively seek out the salon contact details in order to confirm a cancellation.

  19. Online Cluster Booking

    I just heard other softwares offer CLUSTER BOOKING where in your online booking, the Guest is only offered appointments that ABUTT OTHER APPOINTMENTS! To avoid leaving us with gaps and holes that we are a unable to fill.

    This feature could cause me to shop around!

  20. Clients should be able to edit online bookings

    Clients should be able to edit their bookings online (up to 24 hours before appointment)
    I see it a lot where clients cancel an appointment just to rebook it slightly different or take something off their booking.
    Also, clients should be able to add more treatments onto their booking without having to pay an additional booking charge, - like we have someone book an eyebrow wax, later on they decide to add a lip wax and the 2 x 60p has come off this treatment when it is one appointment and should be only 60p - plus this could be…
