Allow More Online Options Of Staff Terminology Other Than Stylists & Therapists
Please give more options of online booking terminology (i.e. instead of "stylists" allow the use of "barbers" and instead of "therapists" allow the use of "nail technician" or "shoe shiner")

If we could have a way for our guests to tell our front desk they have arrived and allow them to wait outside of the building until we indicate they can come in. With COVID we don't want so many people in the waiting area.

Online Booking - Randomize Staff Assigned For Online Bookings
when clients book themselves in and the system picks the barber/therapist for them, it needs to be random or in rotation, not just the first column on the left. not fair for just one staff member to have priority over others just because of where their column is located on phorest.

Select between hair & beauty departments when booking online or in the app
Allow a "department" drop down menu for clients to quickly book hair or beauty services in multi-service salons online and on the app. From a clients point of view, a long menu of services which are hair & beauty can be confusing. This would make the process flow better for booking.

Quick way to turn on/off online booking services in one go
It would be great to have a simplified way to quickly check all items you’d like online or off. Instead of having to click into each individual service and then click again into the online option, then click save on EVERY single item. It’d be nice to pull up a list and just check the ones you want! And hit Save one time.

Remove staff request option for certain services on online booking.
Clients are requesting senior staff members over other staff members for smaller treatments (i.e file and paint/shellac) that other staff can do. This is taking time away from those senior staff who could be doing advanced treatments (acrylic/gel). We cant simply move these treatments as clients will complain they were requested so removing that option of requesting for that service would be beneficial.

Diary Zoning: set certain appointments that are booked online to be visible at set times
It would be great to be able to zone appointment categories so that you can set certain appointments that are booked online to be visible at set times. Such as consultations & reviews, to ensure maximum efficiency and control over excessive volumes being booked inn certain diaries.

Add a finish time to colour services for online booking
It would be so helpful if Phorest forced guests to book finish time or automatically added it when guests schedule color services. We have a banner stated finish time is required (it is explained what that means and what services to choose) in addition to Phorest suggesting it, but it is a daily problem for us.

No more forgetting to check in the client at the front desk. If they are in our system. Geo fencing will automatically check them in when they come in to the salon

booking color services first online
My guests very often book the hair cut before their color services when booking online. because of this, we've had to block online booking due to the fact that schedules get messed up and we can't keep COVID protocols in place. But this was an issue before COVID. I did add a text box on the waitlist widget but nobody clicks in to read it. It would be amazing if the system rearranged the booking always to show color services first.

Online booking: customize what a specific client can book for
To minimize a client choosing the wrong option. You should be able to lock a client in for what they can book for. So they don’t try to book a shorter appointment if they require a longer one.

Show staff profiles on the app for those not available to take online bookings i.e receptionist
With staff in different branches maybe needing to cover in other salons it would be great to be able to add a feature to hide/show members who aren't based in salons without having to remove them completely from being shown for online bookings.

Have an option to limit non-requesting clients for online bookings for owners/managers
For all owners and managers of salons. When you want to be available for requesting clients only to allow yourself time to run the business and to give your staff a chance to build a clientele with new clients, it would be good to have an option for online bookings to only appear to your (owner/manager's) regular clients. At the moment the only option is to remove yourself completely which wouldn't be beneficial for the clients you continue to service.
