  1. State contraindications at time of booking online before complete

    For clients who cannot get treatments due to restrictions or brand guidelines. if we had a button in settings similar to patch test required but allow us to create specific reasonings. I.e. we do a lash lift but you cannot get this done if a client is pregnant.... we don't know this unless they are on our own website and see our terms for the treatment but there is nothing to state contraindications via the online booking system. What would be great is the online booking system gets clients to fill a mini consultation before booking so we can confirm…

  2. Add consultation forms to reminder emails and SMS!

    Let us add our Phorest covid-19 screening form into our reminder emails. Sending them out manually is super inconvenient, as is linking a form that isn't integrated with Phorest.

  3. Phorest Desktop - Limit Travel Card Printout

    Let us choose the amount of information that is printed out on the client travelcard.

    Ideally limiting to the last X number of appointments or the last number of months etc

  4. An icon on the appointment screen to display if the consultation form has been completed

    We need a check box for the client to notate if the has completed the form for the type of service they are receiving i.e. lash consultation form or color consent form

  5. Give more options for salon branding

    Salons should be able to use their logo for branding in certain areas, such as at the top of consultation forms. There should be a facility where each salon is able to load their logo into the Phorest system, which the system then automatically applies in relevant places.

  8. Email a copy of a consultation form to the client straight from Phorest

    It would be great if we could save consultation forms as a PDF and/or email them to the client straight from Phorest.

    This way they have a copy of our policies to refer to in the case of any disputes.

  9. Allow clients to upload pictures to consultation forms

    It would be nice if clients could upload pictures to forms of their hair currently, as well as pictures of what they would like their hair to look like (especially for color corrections)

  11. Option to change header verbiage (we say "guest" not "client")

    Can we have an option to change the verbiage on header blocks?

    Example: "Client Information" - at our salon we use the term "guest" instead of "client"

  12. Ability to send a consultation form to a client at the time of creating the appointment

    Make it possible to send consultation forms to new clients immediately without having to scroll one day at a time. I need to send a virtual consultation immediately to make sure the client is booked correctly and I also send Color Correction agreements out immediately as well.

    Can you put a prompt up if a client has not filled in a consultation for GDPR compliance. If a client card can be flagged as incomplete or a prompt appears. This would remind staff to complete the consultation

  14. Update more information from the consultation form to the client card

    We should only have to ask a question once.
    DOB, client category, where did you hear about us, full address
    Plus all consultation questions should auto populate future forms. Some clients come for multiple treatments and it becomes very tedious asking the same things. They would, of course, still have to sign off on correct information on each form.

  15. Phorest Go- Consultation form Access

    Reduce the amount of times a PIN is requested. if I have already acessed my Phorest go on my Phone, the App should not need to request my PIN every time I scroll between appointment diary page and back to consultation form page.

  17. More visual formats and colour coding for taking clients notes

    I would love a better format for client notes, Something a bit more visual. Maybe colour coded with dates. Flagging and linking treatments and link in with courses paid/unpaid.

    With Aesthetics the notes need to be very detailed for insurance - Maybe a good idea to start putting in charts for lasers that include the parameters/fluence/shot count used. I've heard of some clinics getting in Pabau just to be able to use the software to have better options for taking notes for their Patients. I really don't want a second software nor do I want to revert back to paper.…

  18. Client experience forms for post appointment reviews

    Any way you can create a client experience form, that looks similar to the consultation forms (with tick boxes, multiple answers and places to write answers for different questions) that can be sent to clients that left the salon which can collate back to the salon and analyse the answers by us, so we could improve the service, rather than using external services like survey monkey etc.?

  19. Consultation Forms - Allow Multiple Pages Instead Of Scrolling

    I'd like the option of creating multi steps or pages for certain forms, making it easier for clients to complete. step 1 - client info, step 2 - medical info, step 3 - whatever... you get the picture!

    Otherwise, I'm creating REALLY long forms and clients are scrolling too much.

  20. Consultation Forms - Hide Client Details From Staff Within Form

    On the consultation forms integrate a feature where the contact details (Email / Phone / Address) are not stored on the consultation form that all staff can view. The fact that everyone can view a consultation form if access is granted means that even though you may have access settings restricted to block contact information from the client card staff can still freely access this within the Consultation Form. If this information and the form was split into a number of fields or pages, the 1st one with the contact information stored on a separate page that could be blocked…
