Book Now button on Google Business
Reserve with Google is a new service where you can book an appointment directly from your google search. There is no need to go to a specific app or website. You just start booking directly from your search. Other salon software have had great success partnering up with Reserve with google and I was hoping Phorest would be able to provide the same service. I have attached pictures of what it looks like. Thank you

Would be great to reply to clients, and to say thank you for the feedback as well as reply to poor reviews directly to solve the issue.

Marketing - Six week marketing calendar where we can plan campaigns to run automatically
In the marketing area there would be a 6 week calendar where we could add in campaigns to be sent across the six weeks including SMS and Email for different types of campaigns, so we can set up our marketing once and not have to worry about it again till 6 weeks later.

Marketing - Auto Group Clients for Better Targeting (High spenders, overdue, regulars, low spenders etc)
When sending an email or SMS campaign, it would be great if we didn't have to mess around with complicated filters. We should be able to pick from pre-set filters for clients like high spenders or low spenders, people who've had this type of facial or regular hair colour or even people due in for certain services or people who tend to book on a Monday.
If Phorest figured these groups out before hand then sending campaigns would be much easier!

Marketing - Two Way Communications With Clients
Allow clients to respond to messages and give salon staff the ability to respond too. More like having a conversation than sending alerts.

Allow salons to put their own treatcard terms and conditions for client rewards
Allow salons to put their own treatcard terms and conditions for client reward treatments. This will enable the salon to have restrictions on when the clients can redeem their points. Currently clients can redeem their points at any time or day on the app where as we would like to restrict them to certain days and hours of the week.

Marketing - Discount Coupon/Code System
A coupon system where a discount coupon can be generated to give % or amount in discount.
The discount code can be brought to the salon upon the visit OR be applied directly on client side when an online booking is made.
The coupon can be limited by how many times it can be used: Per coupon and/or Per client.Perfect to use for all type of marketing, in newspaper, magazines, social media etc. The statistic system for the discount coupons make it very easy to track what kind of marketing that gives the best ROI.

Reviews & Reputation - More Frequency Options For Review Messages
At the moment the only options are never, every appt, max once per month, first appt. It would be good to have the option of once per six months or where we can chose per x appointments or x services.
Would also be great to have an option when the client is with a new/different staff member

Staff notified when they receive a review
It would be great if the stylists received a push notification when their clients leave them good reviews. It’s always a great motivator for them to hear that positivity!

Product Reconnect
A product ReConnect, we have a Services ReConnect, but for those of us salons that sell retail, a Product Reconnect could help revenue and overall business. Show our clients we are up-to-date on their needs and allow them to purchase ahead of time online so their products are ready in-store at their next reservation or appointment.

Send newsletters to our social media pages too via a link like Mail Chimp does
I previously used Mail Chimp to send my patients newsletters, these can be automatically posted onto Facebook if you wish, it would be great if Phorest could do this too, then we can target potential new patients that aren't on our mailing list

Retargeting for cancelled appointments
I would like to be able to retarget new clients when they cancel an appointment. For example a new client books a consultation for a treatment but cancels it with plenty of notice and says he/she will call to rebook.
It would be great to be able to add them to some sort of reminder list, that tells you what they wanted to book originally and prompts the reception team after a week if they haven’t heard from the client. This might also be for an existing client who books a new treatment and then cancels. The reminder could be…

Marketing - SMS opt-out report
We would like to have a report that shows how many people clicked on the opt-out or unsubscribe link from a SMS that was received. This will help to understand if people are really interested in receiving the SMS or not
