  1. make Aftercare forms to be sent via email - prompted like 'email receipt'

    If a client has a treatment which requires aftercare advice, we would like an option to email this over to them after their treatment - as they may be very relaxed and wont remember all the advice - this way they always have the aftercare on record and can see back to it when and if when they need to.
    this could be prompted like the -email receipt - and then you can send out a generic aftercare form or maybe a pacific form for certain treatments.

  3. Pop up to show remainder of gift card balance after check out on same window as re-book, email receipt, etc.

    It's helpful to be able to quickly write the remaining balance on the back of the gift card for the client to remember how much of a balance is left.

  4. Marketing - Discount Coupon/Code System

    A coupon system where a discount coupon can be generated to give % or amount in discount.
    The discount code can be brought to the salon upon the visit OR be applied directly on client side when an online booking is made.
    The coupon can be limited by how many times it can be used: Per coupon and/or Per client.

    Perfect to use for all type of marketing, in newspaper, magazines, social media etc. The statistic system for the discount coupons make it very easy to track what kind of marketing that gives the best ROI.

  8. Online Booking - Limit Days Services Can Be Booked

    Certain services offered at salons are not ideal for other clients or staff members, so as the salon owner, I dedicate one day a week to the stylists who would like to offer certain services, ie. perms (the smell) and/or brazilian blowouts/keratin treatments (toxic fumes). We currently have a note in the online booking system to tell clients that the service(s) can only be booked on Monday. However, most clients don't see that note so they end up booking on other days because phorest just shows all the available dates and times rather than just the Monday available slots. Would…

    It would be very useful to be able to check SMS balance in the marketing suite so that we can see how many are available before running a campaign and would prompt reorder before running out.

  10. Trails to show what staff members have viewed, in addition to what they have edited

    On our old system we had a daily log of who’d done what when logged into their PIN number.
    Eg. When they’d looked at a client record card and what time. And when they’d changed an appointment from one day to another. The trails on the system at the moment are good but it takes a long time to track any changes so to be able to see what staff have been looking at or doing whilst logged in would be fab.

  11. On sales screen break down services total and products total

    When cashing a client out, if they purchase a product with their service, having it broken down (maybe just at the bottom or something) so when they ask what the services are we don't need to go in and manually calculate it. I know my clients ask this frequently for tipping purposes. so sally got a hair cut for $53 and spent $77 on products instead of seeing $130 total due you would see

    (Services $53)
    (Products $77)

    or something along those lines would be Greatly appreciated!!!!

  13. GDPR - Blank Automatic Lock Screen

    We have set our Desktop screen to automatically lock when the computer has not been used for 1 minute. This is to safe guard our clients data in compliance with GDPR, however behind the log in pad you can still see the booking screen including the clients names and telephone number. This should be a blank screen, like it is when you log out manually. I cannot trust myself or my staff to log out manually every time they leave the screen as we are a very busy salon with lots of clients to attend to at any one time.…

  14. New Reports - Staff Year On Year Report

    I think it would be really beneficial if we could have a report that showed our stylists year on year performance ( like the financial year on year ) . I am currently organising staff appraisals and I'm inputting this data into a spreadsheet and converting to a graph to show their progress. It would save a lot of time.

  15. Reviews & Reputation - More Frequency Options For Review Messages

    At the moment the only options are never, every appt, max once per month, first appt. It would be good to have the option of once per six months or where we can chose per x appointments or x services.

    Would also be great to have an option when the client is with a new/different staff member

  16. Weekly totals report broken down into each day of the week

    It would be really beneficial to us to have a single report where you can select the date range and it will tell you the daily totals of that date range.

    We are based in a shopping centre and they require our daily totals every week. Having to do 7 reports for this is an inconvenience.

  19. Send salon an email if an online booking is not completed

    When online bookings done complete an email should generate to the salon with the clients details so we can contact them and assist in the booking
    Clients should be prompted to call the salon directly if they have difficulty booking
