    PLease can implement the function to allow a receipt to be sent to another email address than just the email saves on file?

    In many instances we have someone else paying for the service or products, and a CPA / Bookkeeper / assistant needs the receipt.

    The only way to do it now is the convoluted process of printing a receipt to PDF then emailing them externally form an email client.

    Booker has this function neatly implemented: You click email receipt and a box pops up with the email on file pre populated but you can change that to anything for that transaction. It also have a little tick box that states "update profile with this email address" so that if someone wants all emails to go to this address it happens at point of ticket closing.

    Please make this happen - we have to email multiple transactions every day and it's a time consuming pain without it.

    I agree with this.

    We need a single report that shows for a given Payroll Period:

    - Service Commission
    - Product Commission
    - Tips
    - Clocked hours worked

    For each staff member.

    Additional features:

    - Be able to set a threshold which also indicates/separates any hours worked over a certain number of hours (i.e. display any time over 8 hours in a single day so you can see applicable overtime).

    - A figure that is calculated from the service commission earned for the clocked hours worked (i.e. service commission earned [divided by] clocked hours = actual hourly rate....which is then the figure you use for calculating overtime i.e. commission based hourly rate x 1.5 = overtime).

    It would make payroll so much quicker and efficient.

    PLease action this. Every POS/booking system (Booker, Mindbody, etc - for all their faults) had this functionality for years.

    We desperately need a save ticket function. Firstly, clients often walk in and say "I need this product and that product" meaning we have to remember what they wanted when they come out of treatment. It's also useful when a client tells you in advance via phone or email what they want, you can build the ticket and have it ready for faster checkout. Having to rebuild a ticket every single time, even just to leave the page is a PITA.

    Please change this. Most people books a "placeholder" service, where we are essentially guessing what they need during booking. Then when they are ready to check out, it will most likely be a different service and having to change the appointment, rather than just quickly changing the service on the pay screen would be so much more efficient.
