Google is sunsetting Google Reserve as we know it today. We are in touch with them about the planned changes.
Instead of replacing the salon's booking system with a unified Google reserve booking flow, they will allow forwarding to each salon's own booking system which we very much appreciate.
You can already put your booking link into your Google business profile.

We are actively looking into how we can enable this for our US salons. We will provide an update in the next 4-8 weeks.
An error occurred while saving the comment I find it difficult to get my staff to remember to take deposits. It’s very hard to remember “problem clients” and the flash up to say the client has missed appointments is not very effective. What would be good would be to add a feature that automatically takes you to the deposit screen when booking certain appointments.
For example - new clients, selected “problem clients” or certain treatments (long ones ect). A pop up to the deposit screen to ensure deposits are taken, not allowing the treatment to be booked without would be good

An error occurred while saving the comment Hey, this isn't something that's on the short term roadmap at the moment but it's a great idea and could be something we get to in the future.
I did want to check if you'd tried this process as it might help speed things up a bit for you right now:
1. Click 'Compose Email'
2. Click 'Sent Templates' at the top
3. Locate the template you sent before that you'd like to use againIf you do it this way instead of 'Edit & Resend' it won't copy the audience or any other campaign settings either, it's just the content of the email that will be reused. I hope this helps somewhat!

An error occurred while saving the comment I would like to see new commission structure based on a scoreboard and on activity that the therapist achieves for example based on
service per hour earned
product per hour earned
productivity
rebook
Recommendations
Each would have a score and and commission rate which would determine the commission earnings. I do this manually at present however it would be nice to have in phorest with access fro each employee. Each employee should be able to access their own information without another staff member seeing their commissions. -

Thanks for your feedback.
You can actually add services and products to a ticket, go back to e.g. the appointment screen and back into your ticket and will have those added services and products still in there.Just click the *Pay* button again on the appts screen or use the arrow down key in the purchase screen to view your draft tickets.
I know it doesn't save everything e.g. a price change or a discount.
It only works per computer also.Hope that helps a bit. We know that this is an important request and will consider ist.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi there! There are more options when you click the Date button on the appointment screen - +4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10. As apart of our overall revamp we will look at adding more week options directly on the appointment screen.

An error occurred while saving the comment Have a field when creating or editing stock so you can add the sell by date in. That way a report can be generated easily by filtering all of the products with upcoming sell by dates.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi please can you create a fix so that if I’m looking at a date on one branch then need to book an appointment in the other branch on the same day the column doesn’t jump back to the today date and stay on the date you were currently looking at.
