REALLY need to be able to give access to certain reports to staff or junior level managers, without giving them FULL access to ALL reports! Not being able to do this ties me, the owner, to completing and reporting on all things. There are certain reports that should remain unavailable to team members, such as payroll, etc. Is this coming soon?

Could you please add an access control on deleting vs canceling appts on the app. When stylists delete an appointment, there is NO RECORD of that appointment ever existing. Forcing them to choose CANCEL with a reason keeps consistency for systems and history.
OR allowing an audit trail for deleted appointments!

Hi everybody,
This is Sonja from Phorest.
You voted for the idea *Online Booking - Limit Staff Choices For New Clients* which is about letting new clients not book in with certain staff but limit their ability to existing clients only.
We'd love to hear from you, about how exactly you would want Phorest to pick the right *existing* clients.
Who would count as an existing client for a staff member?
Is is a client who had a least one visit with this staff member in the last year for example?

Absolutely! We were able to do this in SalonBiz and it allows for catching errors. We had to create a spreadsheet to do this for ourselves for now.

Please, we are DESPERATE for client note pop-ups when creating a booking for guests. It is the only way we can catch VIP notices and prevent problems before they happen. Our booking staff relies on such notes to take deposits or be alerted to anything else that may be important to know BEFORE scheduling the guest.

YES PLEASE! This is much needed for various reasons that serve as alerts for our front desk team. The only way around this is to use client notes, which may be over-burdened, and it requires training the team to focus on those notes before going further. POP UPS would take the human error out and automate a much needed system!

YES!! Please! The only way an hourly employee knows if they forgot to clock in or out is when I do payroll and run the time clock report. This is very inefficient. Emailing a weekly report is cumbersome as well. I can see this png image above is from SalonBiz!! We miss this feature, as each employee can see their clock in/out history for the current pay period. SO EFFICIENT and creates far less management of another detail.
